A LEADER WHO SETS THE STANDARD FOR PROFESSIONALISM WHILE IMPROVING THE MORALE AND OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY OF HIS DIVISION.

-TEAM BUILDER. He proved himself to be a vital part of Centralized Work Control Team. He trained four sailors in creating WAF line items and configuration items that resulted in additional qualified and proficient sailors in CWCT.
-EFFECTIVE WORK CONTROL. Verified the accuracy and completion of over 300 work authorization forms resulting in zero tag out violations. He also volunteered to learn electrical isolation effectively reducing the WAF review turnaround time by 10 percent.

Advanced Industrial Management Coordinator in Centralized Work Control Team. As the sole Supply Department representative, he coordinated and monitored the approval, packaging and releasing of Naval shipyard Component Unit phases in the Advanced Industrial Management System until the completion of all maintenance. His management of 126 berthing habitability Work Authorization Forms enabled the rehabilitation of 28 berthing compartments totaling 904 accommodations, facilitating the early execution of work and allowing the crew move aboard before the required date. His consistent ability to foresee and overcome obstacles and interface with customer maintenance managers to develop work packages and the certification of results was key to our productivity.
