-EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP. Trained 141 Sailors as the Information Systems Security Officer, ensuring the highest level of Cyber Security standards were upheld. Supervised the implementation of 15 new NIPR network ports and two scheduled Layer One network upgrades which resulted in zero cyber security violations.
-SKILLED MANAGER. Expertly managed 31 Personnel Reliability Program records, 140 security clearance investigation records, and ensured the Personnel Reliability Program and Security Awareness training requirements were met for all Sailors assigned to the Command. Received a grade of PASS for the Command's first ever Director Strategic Systems Programs PRP inspection.
-MORALE BOOSTER. Led by example as the MWR Vice President, he volunteered 201 hours organizing 30 volunteer events which raised $18,453 to fund all annual command functions. His exemplary leadership and work ethic helped raise the morale among the Command and resulted in 2,159 man hours volunteered.

AE2 was selected over peers to serve as Night Check Supervisor for the Avionics branch where he supervised 13 Avionics personnel in resolving 1357 maintenance discrepencies. As Phase Shop Supervisor, he trained and supervised 19 personnel while completing 49 major phases and 31 technical directives ahead of schedule.




Managed over $1.5 million and 250 line items of HAZMAT inventories over the period of three years onboard the USS Carl Vinson. This resulted in maximum availability and zero aircraft downtime for HAZMAT-related items.




As I-M3 Division Chief Petty Officer, he sustained a Maintenance Action Form completion rate of 98% for 11 consecutive months. His efforts as battery repair subject matter expert ensured continuous operations and a 100% mishap-free battery shop.




-DEDICATED TO MISSION ACHIEVMENT. Volunteers to troubleshoot the most complex discrepancies on 63 F/A-18 E/F aircraft, encompassing 16,000 sorties, 19,000 flight hours and training 265 replacement aircrew. Proved to be instrumental in the repair of three fuel cell connector repair discrepancies returning assets to Full Mission Capable Status.
-MOTIVATED TECHNICIAN. Hand selected for three squadron detachments in which he worked diligently to finish his AE QPA and Final Checker qualification. His motivation led to three sailors qualifying in their QPA, Brake Rider, Duct Diver as well as Final Checker. His effort increased work center qualifications by 21%.




-EXEMPLARY LEADER. Led 6 junior Sailors in the inspection, induction and and RFI of 228 pieces of gear, resulting in a 95% repair rate with zero exreps, 65% reduction in backlog and a 10.7 hour GCU turnaround time, saving the Navy $15,945,314 and completed 1432 sorties in support of OPERATION INHERENT RESOLVE.

Our Workcenter 220 primary flightline troubleshooter. He examined aircraft 511 for an engine no cross-bleed downing discrepancy and quickly isolated the cause and restored, bringing 511 back to "up". He directly contributed to over 310 successful launch and recovery events, delivering an unprecedented 100 percent squadron sortie completion rate.

Graduated 100+ students with an unprecedented 98% average while coaching his Rate Group to a 100% completion rate in Master Training Specialist qualification.

She expertly supervised 9 technicans in over 2,500 maintenance actions and the successful resolution of over 400 preflight discrepancies leading to a 95 percent mission completion rate. Her conscientious mentorship led to the advancement of five junior sailors to petty officer third class.




-VERSATILE. As W/C shift supervisor during VAQ-142 NAS Fallon detachment, served as AE Final Checker, Plane Captain (PC), and AO augmentee simultaneously.
-CAPABLE. Restored 9 downing discrepancies before next flight, completed 17 launches as Final Checker, 5 launches as PC and 5 launches as an AO augmentee enabling the command to achieve a 100% sortie completion. Recognized by the Squadron's XO as detachment's best aircraft parking job.
