IN ADDITION, HE SERVED AS DEPARTMENT COMMAND CAREER COUNSELOR AND SUPERVISED 13 COLLATERAL DUTY COUNSELORS THROUGH 456 ON-TIME C-WAY SUBMISSIONS, 900 CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS, AND 55 REENLISTMENTS RESULTING IN PERFECT SCORES ON FY 13 AND FY 14 COMMAND CAREER COUNSELOR ASSESSMENTS AND EARNING CONSECUTIVE RETENTION EXCELLENCE AWARDS. COMMAND ASSISTANT URINALYSIS COORDINATOR FROM SEPTEMBER 2012 TO SEPTEMBER 2013 FOR NAVAL HOSPITAL BREMERTON. HM2 XXXXXXX PERFORMED HIS DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIS FLAWLESS ATTENTION TO DETAIL TO MEET THE NAVY'S ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG USE BY COLLECTING OVER 180 SPECIMENS WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HIS UNMATCHED PROFESSIONALISM AND LEADERSHIP PROVIDED OUTSTANDING RESULTS FOR HIMSELF AND 6 SHIPMATES THAT WERE TRAINED AND QUALIFIED AS UNINALYSIS OBSERVERS. ADDITIONALLY, HIS DEVOTION TO TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OF OTHERS WAS INSTRUMENTAL AND INCREASED THE OVERALL TRAINING READINESS FOR NAVAL HOSPITAL BREMERTON. Information Systems Technician First Class is strongly recommended for the Navy and Marine Medal for his superior service while serving as the Leading Petty Officer, Urinalysis Coordinator, and the Assistant Command Fitness Leader from May 2014 to June 2015. His performance in filling these critical billets has been nothing short of extraordinary. He is a hardworking and productive sailor, who continues to make a positive impression on this command while working out of rate. FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS COMMAND URINALYSIS COORDINATOR FOR CNRFC MOB CTR, FROM MARCH 2012 TO DECEMBER 2013. PETTY OFFICER XXXXXXX'S OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL INITIATIVE WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE URINALYSIS PROGRAM: STORAGE, HANDLING, ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSFER OF THE SAMPLES. HE TRAINED SEVEN OBSERVERS AND HIS REPLACEMENTS, LEAVING THEM WITH THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTINUE THE PROGRAM. FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES SERVING AS MAAC SHIP TRAINING COORIDNATOR AND COMMAND URINALYSIS COORDINATOR AT NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND, WASHINGTON, DC FROM OCTOBER 2016 TO AUGUST 2017, PETTY OFFICER XXXXXXX EXPERTLY PERFORMED HIS DUTIES REVIEWING AND TRACKING OVER 200 NAVAL TRAINING SYSTEMS PLANS (NTSP) FOR VARIOUS SHIP CLASSES AND SHIPBOARD SYSTEMS IN SUPPORT OF FLEET MODERNIZATION AVAILABILITIES. HE SUCCESSFULLY MAINTAINED THE COMMAND URINALYSIS PROGRAM CONDUCTING 89 TESTS RESULTING IN THE COLLECTION OF OVER 800 SAMPLES. HIS EFFORTS ENSURED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS WERE PROPERLY IDENTIFIED AND DOCUMENTED AND NAVSEA MAINTAINED A HIGH LEVEL OF READINESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OPNAV AND DOD INSTRUCTIONS.
