PETTY OFFICER SAILOR DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL INITITIVE AND SUPERB ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE SUPERVISION AND TRAINING OF THREE NONCOMMISIONED OFFICERS IN CHARGE, 17 GUARD FORCE COMMANDERS, 35 SERGEANTS OF THE GUARD AND 36 RADIO TRANSMISSION OFFICERS.
