PETTY OFFICER ALLETO'S KEEN MANAGERIAL 4151 ACUMEN ENABLED REAL-TIME CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT OF FORCE READINESS IN SUPPORT OF 5,500 PERSONNEL FROM 10 FORWARD OPERATING COMMANDS. HIS VALUED EFFORTS ENSURED EXCELLENCE IN WARFIGHTING PRIORITIES AND A 95 PERCENT READY FORCE, CAPABLE OF SERVICING THE SEVENTH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY. ADDITIONALLY, HE COORDINATED TRAINING COMPLIANCE FOR 54 STAFF MEMBERS, INCREASING READINESS FROM 64 TO 99 PERCENT IN JUST 90 DAYS. PETTY OFFICER ALLETO'S PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS MEDICAL READINESS COORDINATOR AND LEADING PETTY OFFICER FOR COMBAT LOGISTICS BATTALION 24, HEADQUARTERS REGIMENT, 2D MARINE LOGISTICS GROUP, FROM AUGUST 2015 TO JUNE 2017. WHILE SERVING AS ADMINISTRATIVE PETTY OFFICER FOR HEADQUARTERS REGIMENT REGIMENTAL AID STATION, PETTY OFFICER BAKER SKILLFULLY MANAGED 33 ENLISTED SAILORS, SUPERVISED THE MAINTENANCE OF MORE THAN 4,000 MEDICAL RECORDS, COORDINATED 2,500 APPOINTMENTS AND PHYSICALS, AND ORGANIZED CORPSMEN COVERAGE FOR 123 TRAINING EVOLUTIONS. AS MEDICAL READINESS COORDINATOR, PETTY OFFICER BAKER'S TIRELESS EFFORTS CATAPULTED UNIT READINESS FROM 65 PERCENT TO AN UNPRECEDENTED PRE-DEPLOYMENT LEVEL OF 99 PERCENT. AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER OF HEALTH SERVICES SUPPORT PLATOON, SHE EXPERTLY FILLED A GAPPED CHIEF PETTY OFFICER BILLET, WORKING DAILY WITH BATTALION LEADERSHIP TO ENSURE ALL MISSION REQUIREMENTS WERE SUPPORTED, WHILE ALLOWING TWO MEDICAL PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED MEDICAL CARE TO OVER 1,200 SERVICE MEMBERS. BY HIS BOLD LEADERSHIP, TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY, AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER FIRST CLASS BAKER REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES AS MEDICAL READINESS COORDINATOR, BATTALION AID STATION, HEADQUARTERS AND SERVICE COMPANY, 2D BATTALION 2D MARINES. PETTY OFFICER WILSON SINGLEHANDEDLY SPEARHEADED THE RABIES VACCINATION PROGRAM FOR ALL PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO SUPPORT AFRICOM MISSIONS. HIS EFFORTS RESULTED IN 100 PERCENT MEDICAL READINESS AND ZERO CASES OF INFECTIOUS DISEASE. CHIEF PETTY OFFICER WILSON'S SUPERB MANAGERIAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE, AND RELENTLESS COMMITMENT TO HEALTH SERVICE REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
