HE SKILLFULLY TRACKED ALL PROGRAM ELEMENTS, CREATING A BACKLOG OF FIVE YEARS OF DOCUMENTS, FOR 14 OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAMS AND TRAINING FOR 220 PERSONNEL. ADDITIONALLY, AS A FULLY QUALIFIED AIRFRAMES, CORROSION CONTROL TECHNICIAN AND COLLATERAL DUTY INSPECTOR FOR WORK CENTER 120, HE AGGRESSIVELY LED SEVEN ISOCHRONAL INSPECTION TEAMS, RETURNING THE AIRCRAFT TO FULL MISSION CAPABLE STATUS DIRECTLY SUPPORTING OPERATION SHINING MONKEY. HIS ANALYTICAL REVIEW OF THE SAFETY PROGRAMS RESULTED IN AN OVERALL GRADE OF PASS/PASS, WHICH LED TO HIS SELECTION AS VR-55'S JUNIOR SAILOR OF THE YEAR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2015.
