HE HAS CONSISTENTLY PROVEN TO BE HIGHLY ADEPT IN EXECUTING ASSIGNED TASKS DURING BASIC SUBMARINE TRAINING EVALUATION, TACTICAL WEAPONS PROFICIENCY, ACOUSTIC TRIALS, AND INSURV. HE DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SUPERB MANAGEMENT OF ALL SONAR PROGRAMS AND TRAINING, RESULTING IN A GRADE OF SATISFACTORY WITH MINIMAL COMMENTS DURING THE BASIC SUBMARINE TRAINING EVALUATION.
