Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) Evals


As the Leading Petty Officer of the N3 Transportation Department of Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC), her meticulous attention to detail and dedicated leadership led to the flawless execution of all travel and pre-deployment requirements for 266 Individual Augmentee Sailors to 11 locations across the globe.




He initiated and established Supply and Financial processes that lead to increased efficiency and effectiveness and better overall supply management. He identified, reviewed, and familiarized himself with contracts and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) covering communications, administrative purchasing, and operational vehicles costing more than $90,000. Under his guidance, the ECRC FWD CENT operations team received and supported over 300 deployers and redeployers.




As N4 Financials Petty Officer, he vetted, processed, and procured financial requirements for 39 Command and Detachment baseline services and contracts that directly supported the ECRC mission valued at over $7 million. As a Government Commercial Purchase Cardholder, he meticulously reviewed and processed over $100,000 in Government Purchases for the Command and outlying detachments, directly supporting over 3,000 Individual Augmentee Sailors forward deployed and serving Overseas Contingency Operations. As the primary site manager for the Navy Individual Combat Training Site, Fort Jackson, he ensured all service contracts were not only renewed but renegotiated to save money and improve service.




He demonstrated exceptional initiative and managerial skills, by coordinating a total of 67 HOA, 44 ORF and 27 BWI re-deployer evolutions, providing safe transportation for 3,200 IA/GSA service members. As Transportation Petty Officer for Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center Detachment Fort Jackson, SC, coordinated the transportation of over 3,000 Navy Individual Augmentees attending combat training.




As Transportation Petty Officer for Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center, completed 2500 commercial and rotater flight requests for members traveling in CONUS and OCONUS. Reviewed and validated over 2300 ISOPREPS. His attention to detail and liaison with Navy forces enabled him to resolve all transporation issues due to mission changes while maintaining a high level of customer service.




As the Command Leading Petty Officer and Administrative Department Leading Petty Officer, she ensured mobilization readiness of 4,300 active and reserve component Sailors deploying to continental U.S. and multiple geographic Combatant Command Areas of Responsibility. Her superb leadership and managerial ability enhanced Sailor morale and improved mission readiness.




Leading Petty Officer for the Medical Department, he ensured more than 800 students were 100% medically ready. He provided 600 hours of range support for 130 training evolutions and 20 roll-over training evolutions. At ECRC HQ, he supervised 3 CAS managers and oversaw 125 injured Sailors returning from deployment.
