CTIX Xxxxx, this counseling is being given to recognize your efforts and dedication to your duties and responsibilities as a Division Training Petty Officer (TPO). Although you were given short notice of the Department requesting Divisional TPO's to provide self-developed, non-GMT training to your respective Divisions and then shortly thereafter, to the Department instead, you rose to the occasion and not only made the necessary arrangements but provided continuous mandatory training completion updates to the Department TPO ensuring proper reporting was maintained for the Command, all while you were also participating in mandatory annual language training.
