- Effectively managed all future and current shipping, receiving, and tracking and tracing for over 32,000 pieces of cargo, weighing over 370,570 pounds in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) operations.
- Effectively secured (75) C-12 flights for air cargo deliveries, reducing Distribution Wait Time for 29 Palms and Yuma from 24 - 72 hours to 8 hours while providing accurate In-Transit Visibility.
- Successfully served as the Distribution Liaison Cell Supervisor for Team Charlie for WestPac 21.2 deployment, facilitating 22 In-Port replenishments and 29 passenger, mail, and cargo movements for the USS Essex, USS Portland, and USS Pearl Harbor.
- Assisted in managing the distribution operations for two nodes located within the 5th fleet as well as 3 Naval Vessels while concurrently working with the Navy counterparts to mitigate lost shipments for expediting more than 25,000 general cargo and mission-critical items weighing over 250 thousand pounds valued at over 1 billion dollars.
- Successfully served as the Distribution Liaison Cell Supervisor while in Kuwait, coordinating the shipping and distribution of 1,597 Transportation Control Numbers totaling over 268, 547.00 dollars.
- Directly responsible for training, developing, sustaining, and mentoring over 60 personnel during WestPac 21.2 deployment.
- Served as Unit Movement Control Center (UMCC) Supervisor during the Saudi Arabia Native Fury 2022 exercise, supervising the execution of 225 convoys transporting 450 personnel.
- Supervised and managed on-the-job training for over 78 Marine Air Ground Task Force Materiel Distribution Center (MMDC) personnel.
- Supervised, processed, and coordinated the Transportation of Things awarded over 37 tractor trailers, for 4,719 pieces of cargo, totaling $488,682.34 while ensuring 100 percent success for retrograde/redeployments for all training units while TAD in MWTC Bridgeport, CA.
- Supervised, processed, and coordinated the Transportation of Personnel awarded 36 buses, transporting 1,696 passengers, while ensuring 100 percent of the training units met their inbound/redeployment timelines while TAD in MWTC Bridgeport, CA.

FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS OPERATIONS CHIEF, PRESERVATION, PACKAGING, PACKING, AND MARKING PLATOON, MARINE CORPS FORCES CENTRAL COMMAND FORWARD, NAVAL STATION ACTIVITY, BAHRAIN FROM 1 FEBRUARY 2020 TO 13 APRIL 2020. DURING THIS PERIOD STAFF SERGEANT WILLIAMS PROVIDED ADVANCED SKILL TRAINING SESSIONS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE THE PACKAGING AND STORAGE OF 370 BASE-X TENTS VALUED AT OVER 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS. HE IMPLEMENTED NECESSARY MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS TO SUSTAIN KNOWLEDGE, CREATING A NEW STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE AND PERFORMANCE BY POSITIONING HIS TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS IN STRATEGIC LOCATIONS TO MAXIMIZE THE FLOW IN HIS WORKSHOP, INCREASTING PRODUCTION BY 45%. REMAINING PROACTIVE, HE RE-ENGINEERED THE WOODEN CONTAINERS CHANGING THEIR METRICS TO ENSURE THE PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS WERE ADEQUATE TO STORE MARCENT ASSETS. THESE CONTAINERS WERE SMALLER, MORE EFFICIENT, AND CUT COSTS BY $47,000. EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE OF DUTY DURING THE TENT REPACKAGING AND RESTAGING PROJECT ABOARD NAVAL STATION ACTIVITY, BAHRAIN IN SUPPORT OF COMMANDER U.S. MARINE CORPS FORCE, CENTRAL COMMAND DURING THE PERIOD OF 17 FEBRUARY 2020 TO 25 MARCH 2020. SERGEANT PABON SERVED AS PLATOON SERGEANT, PRESERVATION, PACKAGING, PACKING, AND MARKING PLATOON. DURING THIS PERIOD SERGEANT PABON PROVIDED KEEN OVERSIGHT, INEXHAUSTIBLE INITIATIVE, AND ADVANCED SKILL TRAINING SESSIONS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE THE PACKAGING AND STORAGE OF 325 BASE-X TENTS VALUED AT MORE THAN $1,500,000. IN ADDITION, SHE GENERATED AND MAINTAINED A CULTURE OF STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY, WHILE COORDINATING WITH HIGHER ECHELONS TO PROPERLY FACILITATE ALL ADMINISTRATIVE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MARINES OF THE BAHRAIN TENT PROJECT. SERGEANT PABON'S INITIATIVE, PERSEVERANCE, AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HER AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
