**OUTSTANDING SAILOR! SET THE STANDARD FOR OTHERS TO EMULATE!**

- EXCEPTIONAL SUPERVISOR. Amidst a changing environment during the Covid-19 precautions, ITS2 was deemed a mission essential Broadcast Supervisor. He expertly led four Sailors in the 100 percent delivery of 50,000 naval messages, 7,000 Strategic Emergency Action Messages, 60 Strategic Target Change Messages, and 500 Submarine Report Back Messages.
- TECHNICAL EXPERT. His superb technical acumen was instrumental in supervising a flawless no-notice emergency Broadcast Control Authority shift, ensuring a transparent transition of communications to all submarines in the Pacific and Atlantic fleets. In the area of system administration, he swept away the competition by conducting 180 hours of server maintenance, which maintained 99% system reliability.
- DEDICATED MENTOR. ITS2 qualified above and beyond by qualifying Tech Control as a System Administrator to support watchfloor operations. He selflessly trained and qualified 11 Sailors in three quals, which improved team cohesion and flexibility during Covid-19 conditions.




Served as Assistant Broadcast Control Officer. Ensured the delivery of over one million naval messages and the successful completion of three Global Thunder Exercises, six Allied unit deployments, and nine Strategic Deterrent Patrols. Oversaw the development, testing, and implementation of the 2012 Leap Second Event in two AORs, consisting of 75 submarines, three Broadcast Communication facilities, five Broadcast Keying Stations, and eight Broadcast Transmitter sites.




As Communications Watch Officer, led 40 Sailors covering two watch teams during his tenure at COMSUBLANT. Resulted in the successful completion of 6 Alternate Broadcast Control Authority Shifts from COMSUBLANT to COMSUBPAC and CTF 69. Managed and supervised his watch team, resulting in the processing of over 100,000 incoming and outgoing messages, 4,000 Emergency Action Messages, and 100 Target Change Messages for over 70 Pacific and Atlantic Fleet Submarines leading to 100% mission completion.




HE CONDUCTED OVER 700 HOURS OF ADVISORY AND BROADCAST CONTROL WITH OVER 40 AIRCRAFT WITH ZERO MISHAPS. HE ALSO CONDUCTED OVER 300 PMC EVOLUTIONS PROVIDING OVER 100 MISSION ESSENTIAL PARTS, MATERIALS, AND OVER 100 PERSONNEL FOR SAN DIEGO TO REMAIN MISSION READY.
