CM02 Workcenter Evals
-Driven Leader: as CM02's work center supervisor he led 7 Sailors in the maintenance and upkeep of two vertical launchers and four fan rooms. upon preparation of the 2024 DMP, he led the completion of four layup tasks and 207 hours of planned maintenance. His leadership resulted in the qualification of two RPPOs and one WCS.
-Command Involvement: Hand Selected, GM1 led the charge in Supply Department as Mess Deck Master At Arms. He led 14 Food Service Attendants during the arduous task of moving the ships galley to the barge, keeping James E Williams food service to high standards.
-Sailorization: As weapons department sponsorship coordinator, he guided nine new check ins and three sponsors in the check in process, supporting the commands new-accession program. As a core ATTT member he led over a dozen force protection drills to improve James. E. Williams Combat readiness.

Task Group 56.3. conducted the first-ever VLS expeditionary reloads of U.S. Navy warships at remote locations, reloading vessels that expended VLS ordnance. Validated the concept for expeditionary VLS reload and operational tasking with all VLS reloads completed before the scheduled ship's underway times. Reloaded 4 Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers with a total of 52 Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles, 26 Standard Missile 2s, and 25 Standard Missile 6s valued in excess of $240,000,000. The expeditionary reloads the team completed reduced time off station for all 4 ships allowing them to support 5th Fleet priorities while keeping global shipping lanes open and projecting forward operating deterrence. The data collected and lessons learned will pave the way for future expeditionary VLS reload operating procedures, enhancing the US Navy's surface fleet warfighting capabilities.
- VLS team lead during Formidable Shield 2017 on USS McFaul DDG 74 for SM6 missile exercise. Led ship's crew in the troubleshooting, isolation and correction of 3 VLS launcher casualties. Provided additional VLS training, including maintenance procedures, missile firing data collection, and corrective maintenance procedures. Vital member of Aegis Test team as VLS SME which led to 15 successful firing rehearsals and a successful SM6 engagement during FS-17.
As an augment to NAVELSG's Force Weapons Dept, expertly accounted for $1.3 million in Ordnance Handling Equipment for the VLS Expeditionary Reload Team program while seamlessly integrating into the Mil-Skills work center, playing a vital role in the completion of 592 maintenance checks in 90 days, while simultaneously providing expert training to multiple units from NAVELSG and Yorktown Naval Weapons Station. Her efforts directly impacted the readiness of not only NAVELSG, but 3rd, 5th and 6th Fleets and played a key role in the first ever NAVELSG's ERT mission.
