ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) Evals
Job Information:
a. Principal activities and responsibilities: Supporting MIOC by providing I&W through ISR. Supporting Collections by carrying out intended use of Aircraft in support to CMFCC Priorities. Responsible as an ITC for all A-ISR assets allocated to NAVCENT. Responsible for providing MIOC with timely and accurate intelligence pertinent to operations. Also worked in close support to NAVCENT collections providing information the JTF to NAVCENT Collections.

Individual accomplishments:
Integration: Completed a 4 month role teaching techniques and tactics to JTF-82, focusing on dynamic engagements, collection interpretation and improvement of A-ISR tasking.
Blockade Support: MAVEN AI integration that parses tactical reports from mission chat rooms to automatically plot information collect on map and provide instant ROI on collection focus area.
Collection's Development: integrated dynamic COP into JTF-82 CIAT team. COP fuses collections requirements, collection focus areas and sitreps from air crews in one place to alleviate collection success/failure.
NAVCENT collections integrations: Created NAVCENT ITC COP that allows for ITC's to visualize collection. COP takes mission reports, collection requirements and 7-Line data to enhances ITC's situational awareness of collections intent, pattern of life development and enabling a complete turnover.
Developed sensor plan with JTF-82 MISR: worked with JTF-82 MISR to develop a fusion sensor plan that enables commanders decision making. Providing multiple angles of attack to a dynamic mission set that was critical to the JTF-82 strike package taking place in early SEP26.
Capability Development: As an ITC, developed a solution to lack of capability at JTF-82 by utilizing large model AI to find increases in enemy activity. Activity allowed for tipping of ISR and SUCAP to enemy activity increases resulting in an increase of successful engagements by SUCAP and significant I&W to cue ISR.
Handled Material ranging from unclassified up to Top Secret along with all standard classifiers and dissemination markers.
