Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS)


During hurricane Irene, she flawlessly executed NFAAS requirements and personally orchestrated the evacuation of two stranded unit members from the Norfolk area ensuring their timely and safe return.




RFO's assistant Department Leading Petty Officer at Cryptologic Warfare Group Sixty Six. Established officer training plans and the department's E-3 plan of action and milestones, providing attainable goals and career paths for both enlisted and commisioned sailors. Oversaw coordination efforts for the planning of 12 Spartan days covering 37 training topics and oversaw 3 NFAAS events that resulted in 100% accountability and safety of her shipmates.




While serving as the Landing Craft Utility Departmental Leading Petty Officer, she had direct oversight of five Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS) updates, 123 special requests, 13 reenlistment requests, 37 transfer packages, 670 personnel qualifications standards (PQS), 320 evaluations, 49 awards, 10 Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) course completions, Landing Craft Utility schedules, recommendations to chain of command on crew dissemination for six LCU, and controlled equipage resulting in zero discrepancies.




Leading Petty Officer, she led 10 limited duty Sailors in the daily operations, administrative processes, General Military Trainings (GMTs) completion, pregnancy mentorship, and NFAAS updates achieving 100% completion. Additionally, she assisted in the timely processing of five Permanent Change of Station (PCS) transfers, two medical boards and three separations resulting in two Sailors fit for full duty. Furthermore, she supervised the upkeep and maintenance of seven spaces, greatly improving facility's lifespan, work environment and quality of life.
