IS2 served as Targeting Analyst with Naval Information Warfare Training Group Fleet Intelligence Detachment Fallon. Served as Lead Operations Petty Officer onboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower for the 2023-2024 Combat deployment and certified in both SOCET and DIEE programs. IS2 significantly enhanced the operational function of the command, improved the command strike knowledge base.




As Operations Officer and Mission Area Director, Naval Information Warfare Training Group San Diego. Her exceptional leadership, vision, and steadfast dedication during a period of increased mission activity had a profound and lasting impact on the readiness of Naval forces across the Pacific Fleet. She demonstrated her ability to coordinate and integrate multi-command, inter-warfare cross-functional teams, expertly managing complex and high-stakes training events, while upholding the highest standards of mission success. Her relentless pursuit of excellence in training, certification, and operational readiness directly contributed to Pacific Fleet's increased preparedness and ability to execute the full spectrum of Information Warfare operations in support of national defense priorities. Her leadership in developing comprehensive fleet training strategies, improving operational processes, and driving curriculum innovation has set the standard for operational readiness across the fleet.




Assistant Operations Officer and Assistant Mission Area Director, NIWTG San Diego. Her exceptional leadership, vision, dedication, and vast Information Warfare expertise and experience during a period of significant growth had a remarkable and dynamic impact on the readiness of Naval forces across the Pacific Fleet. She demonstrated her ability to coordinate, integrate, and lead a team of 48 Cryptologic Subject Matter Experts from nine training and Information Warfare commands to identify and implement 134 critical changes to 17 doctrines, instructions, and documents for all 95 cryptologic capable surface combatants Navy-wide. Her relentless pursuit of excellence in training, certification, and operational readiness directly contributed to the planning, resource allocation, and execution of 2,346 training and certification missions resulting in 289 Information Warfare certification messages onboard 66 surface ships in the Pacific Fleet.




N84 Departmental LPO at Naval Information Warfare Training Group, San Diego. Meticulously led 70 Sailors in the execution of 184 basic training phase missions and 106 Cryptologic equipment installations, contributing to the combat readiness of 60 warships. Spearheaded and led four Sailors in the revision and validation of 20 Electronic Warfare basic phase curriculum topics to streamline fleet training processes. His mentorship and training produced six Sailors of the Quarter, five advancements, and three Master Training Specialist qualifications.
