Provost Marshal's Office (PMO) Evals


While performing his duties as a military police officer, conducted and participated in more than five federal level arrests, three domestic disputes, three DUIs and six larcenies of federal and personal property.




Serves as the Director of Emergency Services and Provost Marshal for the largest initial entry training installation in the U.S. Army, encompassing over 52,000 acres and serving a population of over 156,000 Soldiers, family members, civilian employees, retirees, and guests. Supervises a joint agency of over 180 personnel to include Police Officers, Guards, Fire Fighters, and civilian staff employees. Responsible for all emergency services for the installation including law enforcement, fire prevention and protection, physical security, and installation access control, ensuring the safety, security, and emergency response for the installation with a budget of over 36 million dollars. Coordinates and partners with local, state, and federal agencies for training, mutual aid, operations, and intelligence sharing to prevent and respond to all critical incidents, crime, and threats to the installation.







Coordinated over 250 utility and key roadway network outages requiring cross-coordination with multiple major subordinate commands as well as all base functions such as public works department, fire and emergency services, provost marshal's office, and Marine Corps Community Services. He ensured the facilitation of requirements for over 50 letters of instruction in support of key event functions occurring both on-installation and within the external base community. Coordinated over 24 VIP visits ranging from congressional staff delegates and their teams, General Officers and key members of the offices of the Secretary of the Navy and the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
