Petty Officer Stallings led 15 sailors and 4 civilians in day to day operations. As the Command's IT Asset Manager, he raised the bar for NHCP by locating 98.8% of 5,645 IT assets valued at $7.1M. His managerial skills and attention to detail led to the lowest loss amount ever recorded at NHCP.




IMRL Asset Manager. Petty Officer Adams flawlessly maintained 670 IMRL components worth 13 million dollars, 2887 Tools, tracked and ensured the calibration of 174 PME items and processed 446 Broken/Missing/Worn Tool Reports, which were critical in optimizing support requirements for over 100 enlisted personnel in 10 production workcenters.




Supply Petty Officer/Critical Asset Manager for CFLSW Aviation Support Detachment Bahrain. Managed, processed and inventoried 1,302 aviation spare parts valued at $95m for the C-130 aircraft. Her superior performance resulted in 200 missions, 2,459 flight hours with minimal aircraft downtime for joint forces in the Fifth Fleet.




Served as the Information Technology Department Asset Manager. As Asset Manager, ET3 was responsible for the control, maintenance, and operation of 68 pieces of comms equipment, completing over 12 hours of maintenance, resulting in the mission readiness of the 152s, 152As, 160s and 117s radios.

ET3 served in the Tactical Operations Center as a Tactical Radio Operator, completing over 60 hours of watch and is currently serving as the TOC Watch Supervisor while attaining his TOC Watch Officer and Tactical Craft Crewman qualifications. Outside of working hours, ET3 is actively working for his EXW.

ET3 is working with CESE with his collateral duty of Tools Custodian. In CESE, ET3 completed over 350 man hours of corrective and preventative maintenance on over 48 pieces of equipment valued at over $20 million dollars. As Tools Custodian, ET3 ensured the proper inventory and return and condition of all tools valued at over $100 thousand dollars.




As Dockmaster for port operations at Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. Demonstrated exceptional knowledge and dedication, while overseeing 20 personnel in the safe excution of 1,000 mooring evolutions of homported, foreign and transient vessels with zero mishaps. As assistant asset manager, he maintained 100 percent accountability of 147 fenders, 80 brows and 30 stands, coordinating their proper placement in support of the fleet during Rim of the Pacific 2012.
