ADDITIONALLY, PETTY OFFICER RANGO COORDINATED TEMPORARY LODGING FOR OVER 500 QUARANTINED AND ISOLATED MILITARY PERSONNEL WHICH WAS CRITICAL TO MAINTAINING FORCE READINESS ACROSS 86 TENANT COMMANDS. PETTY OFFICER RANGO'S DISTINCTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND STEADFAST DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

DISPLAYING EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP, OUTSTANDING RESOURCEFULNESS, AND SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE, PETTY OFFICER PAULSON SUPERVISED AN EXTENSIVE SELF-HELP REMODELING PROJECT FOR THE NAVAL STATION NORFOLK EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER WHICH SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED COMMAND AND CONTROL EFFECTIVENESS AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. ADDITIONALLY, HE DEVELOPED A COMPREHENSIVE FACILITY EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN TEMPLATE WHICH HAS BEEN UTILIZED BY MORE THAN 50 TENANT COMMANDS TO ENSURE INCREASED READINESS FOR THEIR OWN EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTERS. MOREOVER, AS MORALE, WELFARE, AND RECREATION COMMITTEE PRESIDENT, HE LED 11 PERSONNEL IN RAISING IN EXCESS OF $30,000 FOR THREE SUCCESSFUL COMMAND HOLIDAY PARTIES AND TWO SUMMER FAMILY PICNICS FOR MORE THAN 900 PERSONNEL. PETTY OFFICER PAULSON'S DISTINCTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND STEADFAST DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

PETTY OFFICER STEVE KAPP PERFORMED HIS DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER WHILE FILLING AN E-7 BILLET OUT OF HIS RATE. HE EARNED HIS CERTIFICATE AND QUALIFIED HIMSELF AS INSTALLATION EMERGENCY PROGRAM MANAGER AND TRAINED 25 REGIONAL INSTALLATION EMERGENCY PERSONNEL, SIX JUNIOR OFFICERS, AND SIX MASTER AT ARMS IN EOC OPERATIONS AND THEORY. IN ADDITION, AS BUILDING MANAGER, HE PROCESSED MORE THAN 600 CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE ACTIONS, ENSURING A FULLY FUNCTIONAL EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER WITH NO INTERRUPTION TO SERVICE OR READINESS. FINALLY, HIS COMMITMENT TO DUTY WAS UNMATCHED AS HE VOLUNTEERED TO STAND OVER SIX WEEKS OF CDO STAND IN DUTY, OVER 250 HOURS SUPPORTING THE FIRST CLASS PETTY OFFICER ASSOCIATION, SPECIAL OLYMPICS, LOCAL COMMUNITY YOUTH EVENTS, AND NSA SECURITY FORCES AS A FPTT MEMBER. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER AMANDA G. MILLER PERFORMED HER DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. SHE LED NINE SAILORS AND EIGHT CIVILIANS AND LOCAL NATIONALS THROUGH SIX EOC ACTIVATIONS FOR EMERGING EVENTS THAT INCLUDED PLANNED CIVIL PROTESTS, UNEXPLODED ORDINANCE, AND SPECIAL INSTALLATION ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, SHE LED TRAININGS FOR 62 INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS AND 53 COMMAND DUTY OFFICERS IN THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS WHICH RESULTED IN AN AVERAGE OF OVER 80 PERCENT QUALIFICATION ON EVERY SHIFT. FURTHER, SHE CONDUCTED TRAINING FOR 12 INSTALLATION INDOCTRINATION EVENTS TO 240 PERSONNEL REPORTING TO NAS SIGONELLA AND TENANT COMMANDS IN DISASTER PREPAREDNESS WHICH DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO AND SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED THE COMMAND'S EMERGENCY READINESS. PETTY OFFICER MILLER'S DISTINCTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND STEADFAST DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

ADDITIONALLY, AS ASSISTANT UPC, ABH1 GREABLE CONDUCTED TWO COMMAND SWEEPS, 23 RANDOM URINALYSIS TESTS, 30 CHECK-IN TESTS, AND SUBMITTED 1,400 INDIVIDUAL SAMPLES FOR NAVSTA ROTA AND 18 TENANT COMMANDS WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES. PETTY OFFICER GREABLE'S LEADERSHIP, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
