PETTY OFFICER SENISE WAS HANDPICKED TO SERVE ON THE PIRATE DET AND THE HAITI DET WHERE HE SERVED AS DAY CHECK SUPERVISOR OVER 12 MILITARY PERSONELL. HE ALSO SERVED AS LEAD 'AT' ON FIVE SEPARATE CQ DETS WHERE HE CORRECTED THE LINK 16 AND A LONGSTANDING BUT INTERMITENT SECURE VOICE PROBLEM, RESULTING IN CLEAR AND SECURE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN CVN-77 AND HSC-9.
