Petty Officer Myers' knowledge, attitude, initiative and motivation are all far beyond what is expected. Petty Officer Myers was personally responsible for Naval Reserve Unit, Naval Criminal Investigative Service Headquarters 0166 maintaining 100% enlisted retention and a 93% enlisted advancement rate.
