HE SUPERVISED 2N1 ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION DESIGNATION TRAINING, COORDINATED BRIEFERS AND COURSE MATERIAL, AND ENSURED ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION OF ATTENDANCE, PRODUCING A STEADY FLOW OF FULLY QUALIFIED OFFICERS PREPARED FOR COMMAND AND OFFICER IN CHARGE BILLETS. LIEUTENANT COMMANDER ASHLEY'S OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP, INITIATIVE, AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
