DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER VALDEZ PROVIDED DIRECT MENTORSHIP FOR 27 SAILORS AND LED 88 CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS, APPROVED 27 C-WAY APPLICATIONS, AND PROCESSED 17 ENLISTMENT AND EXTENSIONS. HIS EFFORTS CONTRIBUTED TO THE NHCCC 2018 AND 2019 RETENTION EXCELLENCE AWARD AND A COMMAND INFORMATION PROGRAM REVIEW (CIPR) SCORE OF 92 PERCENT. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER WRIGHT COMPLETED 27 CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS, PROCESSED SIX REENLISTMENTS, TWO RATE CHANGE PACKAGES, AND ONE RETIREMENT PACKAGE. HE PROVIDED DISTRIBUTED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM TO SURGEMAIN AND THREE DETACHMENTS WITHIN NMCB 24, FACILITATING THE SAILORIZATION OF OVER 40 SAILORS WITHIN SURGEMAIN NASHVILLE AND OVER 200 NAVY SAILORS WITHIN NOSC NASHVILLE. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER FLANAGIN PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE DEMONSTRATED EXTREME DILIGENCE AND OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE WHILE OVERSEEING THE REENLISTMENT AND RETIREMENTS OF UNIT PERSONNEL, ORDERING ADVANCEMENT EXAMS, AND CONDUCTING CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS.
