Counseling for Being Late for Duty
HN Garcia is being counseled today, 02MAR18, after multiple occasions of arriving late to appointed place of duty. Member states he was late today because he was instructed by another PO1 to pick up donuts and coffee for branch clinics. Member was instructed yesterday 01MAR18 by myself and HM1 Roberts that the work center cannot support his absence. He is required to cover admin front desk in the morning. Ultimately HN Garcia did not follow direct orders and properly communicate to his WCS and LPO.
