During a recent awards ceremony, it was observed that junior Sailors within the N4 Department failed to adhere to established military customs and courtesies. As the senior member responsible for maintaining good order and discipline in the department, you are being counseled for not ensuring proper conduct was followed.

It is expected that all leaders actively enforce standards, provide guidance, and correct deviations immediately to uphold the professionalism, discipline, and traditions of the Navy. Future lapses in supervision or enforcement of standards will result in further administrative or disciplinary action.
