Dispatch- conducted 250 Jail calls for surrounding Jails, Received and processed 70 emergency and non-emergency calls to dispatch the appropriate personnel. Processed 15 restricted personnel in and out of restriction. Maintained logs in logbook. Systematically bagged and comprehensively logged 105 evidence items. Supervised and employed 10 personnel to conduct duty relief and takeover for other personnel.

Her managerial and teamwork skills led to the final consolidation and disposition of over seven years of evidence records and 500 items within the CNRH CID evidence vault.

Led and managed 93 criminal report cases. She successfully revised the evidence custodian system to allow for more up to date collection, storage and disposal methods while maintaining compliance with regulations.
