DECKPLATE LEADER-As Assistant NSF Insignia Coordinator qualified 3 Specialists and 3 Senior Specialists Co-authored the Harbor Patrol Unit SOP by writing the HPU Safety Program into effect. He has also qualified 2 Patrolman, 3 Chief of Guards, and 1 Watch Commander increasing the capabilities of the Harbor Patrol Unit by 70% improving the effectiveness of unit cohesion.
COMMAND AMBASSADOR-As Lay Leader, MA1 has led Bible Studies for Enlisted, Officer, GS and Contractor personnel. Professionally stepped up to fill in for the Chaplain for 5 Sunday Services, continuing the service and morale efforts of the Command Religious program. As CFS he has counseled and provided training for 30 personnel leading to an approval Overseas Screening for 8 personnel. As an Assistant Command Fitness Leader he performed 6 command PRT sessions assisting in the decreasing of 60% of the commands FEP enrollment.
UNPARALLELED SAILOR- Qualified as Interim Coxswain ahead of schedule, Officer of the Deck, Command Duty Officer, received his Small Craft Insignia, completed 3 college courses and Police Officer USMAP with 700 hours towards Boat Operator USMAP. He has also volunteered 100 hours towards the Worship Ministry at the Christians Den and the Chapel of the Palms.
