Key and Lock Program Evals


As Key and Lock Primary, he is responsible for perimeter gates including locks throughout the base and ensuring the mission maintains physical security. Including inventory of 5 lock boxes with over 300 keys that have access to restricted and unrestricted spaces. All under members supervision.


AS duty security officer, Cooperative Security Location Comalapa, El Salvador, Petty Officer Patton was instrumental in creating a Key and Lock Program that brought CSL within DOD and USNAVSO policy and regulations, resulting in 100% program accountability and value of $1 Million.


Petty officer Maxwell coordinated the NAS Sigonella barrier plan to ensure a maximum security posture was inplace during hightened force protection conditions. He expertly coordinated routine maintenance on all flightline gates and entry control points and managed the department's key and lock control program which significantly improved mission readiness of the installation and security of the flightline.


Completed 300 ESA's, saving the government 25,000 dollars in contract and labor costs. Instrumental in replacing over 500 locks throughout Camp David. Put in place a Key and Lock Control system for over 60 facilities, saving the government 25,000 dollars in contract and labor costs.
