Language Program Evals




Deployed in support of UNITAS LXIV and OPERATION CONTINUING PROMISE. Additionally, served in the Command Language Program Management office to ensure training needs were met for over 200 Sailors.




Lead a team of 10 language program managers, administering all aspects of training, testing, and certification for the Command's corps of 380 linguists. Efforts resulted in winning Command Language Program of the year award at the NAVIFOR level for the second consecutive year.




Adjunct instructor of Chinese mandarin Apprentice Cryptologic Language Program at Information Warfare Training Command Sn Diego Learning Site Kunia. Expertly taught 16 lessons to nine junior sailors, resulting in an overall GPA of 93% and a pass rate of 100% in one of the toughest academic courses in the United States Navy. Critical in filling a gapped billet reducing student backlog by 35%.




Leading Chief Petty Officer of the Command Langauge Readiness divison. Oversaw the integration and climatization of more than 200 NIOC Maryland CTIs and meticulously managed more than 14,000 hours of language training, resulting in 245 improved DLPT scores and 78 Sailors returning to TYCOM standards. As a training SME, he supported the 2014 NAVIDFOR IG inspections for NCTS and NIOC Bahrain's Command Training Programs, and facilitated leadership and professional development training for more than 700 command Sailors and led a team of seven Sailors in the technical language guidance of 410 command linguists. As head of the 2015 Fort Meade Joint Language Wars, he led 10 joint-service language program mangers and 40 service reps in a language competition for 96 competitors in six langauges.
