As Logs and Records Leading Petty Officer, Patrol Squadron Five, AZ1 led nine maintenance administrators in the accurate processing of 430 scheduled removal component cards, 13 aircraft transfers, 18 engine/APU aeronautical equipment service records, and 220 technical directives on eight P-8A aircraft. Recorded 17,763 maintenance actions and 5,426 mishap-free flight hours during the squadron's P-8A Poseidon aircraft transition and two rigorous Seventh Fleet deployments.
Logs and Records Clerk at Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Five Three. Integral part of the AZ Locker which meticulously managed 28 Aircraft Log Books, with 272 Scheduled Removable Components, which resulted in 15 Detachments deployed Worldwide and over 5,000 hours flown. As Work Center Supervisor, she led her junior sailors in the successful submission of 45 Monthly Maintenance Plans, 105 Awards, and 1300 Correspondence Chits.
As four hundred division logs and records work center supervisor, led the efforts to Ready for issue 330 F414-GE-400 engine logbooks, 2,300 technical directive incorporationns, and 19,075 engine transactions. As a result, the Navy reduced its bare firewalls by 35%. Devoted 175 hours of logs and records training to qualify five new signature authorities, increasing the workcenter's proficiency by 60%.
Logs and Records LPO, maintaining 42 aircraft logbooks and 28 Aeronatical Service Records. Training and qualifing 8 Junior AZ's in the SH-60F/HH-60H Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist program.
As the Logs and Records clerk, AZ1 worked diligently and gained valuable experience, which was reflected in the daily performance of his duties. He performed remarkably, logging monthly close-out entries in a timely manner, flawlessly processed 78 engine transactions, and meticulously verified countless components as part of 66 aircraft Phase Inspections.
Oversaw Logs and Records, processing XXX Maintenance Actions, XXX carded components, ensuring aircraft components were correctly calculated. His efforts resulted in the success of the 2019 Aviation Maintenance Inspection with a grade of "on track".
