The Mobilization Coordinator has been an integral part of the medical mobilization process and assisted in obtaining support from Patrick Air Force Base to mobilize over 100 Selective Reservist. With attention to detail and diligence, HM1 identified members not meeting standards for deployment in a timely manner. His efforts, foresight, and experience lead to an astonishing 98% mobilization rate.




AS MOBILIZATION COORDINATOR, HE METICULOUSLY SCREENED AND REVIEWED MEDICAL RECORDS FOR 105 SAILORS PRIOR TO MOBILIZATION ENSURING ZERO KICKBACKS FROM NMPS AND WAS RECOGNIZED BY THE JOINT READINESS COMMAND'S ANAM COORDINATOR FOR OUTSTANDING SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS MEDICAL DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE, HE ASSISTED IN EXECUTING OVER 100 PHAs, PERFORMED OVER 100 BLOOD DRAWS, AND ADMINISTERED OVER 100 VACCINATIONS.




Chief Lockhart actively promoted unit readiness by managing and communicating watch team training metrics, as well as medical and administrative requirements in a timely and efficient manner, leading his watch team to 100% completion of mandatory training requirements and consistently above 90% in mobilization and medical readiness, considered the gold standard in Reserve Command units.




- Ensured that NCAGS Chicago achieved more than 80% mobilization ready during this period as the Chief Staff Officer.




DURING THIS PERIOD, PO1 XXXXX'S LEADERSHIP HAS BEEN INFLUENTIAL IN THE SUCCESS OF RSP-5, LEADING ALL OTHER RSPs IN INDIVIDUAL READY RESERVE MARINE CONTACT AND SCREENINGS AND OVERALL SCREENING RATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MUSTERS. WHILE SERVING AS THE PEACETIME WARTIME SUPPORT TEAM LOGISTICS CHIEF, HE WAS A KEY PLAYER IN ATTAINING AN OVERALL SCREENING RATE OF 95 PERCENT, TO INCLUDE A 100 PERCENT OVERALL SCREENING EFFECT IN 201X. PO1 XXXXX's HARD WORK AND HIGH LEVEL OF INITIATIVE HAVE PAID OFF TREMENDOUSLY IN THE SUCCESS OF EL PASO, TX AS A LEADER IN IRR MUSTERS WITHIN THE ENTIRE MARINE CORPS MOBILIZATION COMMAND.




- Demonstrated superb initiative through proactive execution of unit administration ensuring 23 unit personnel are current on all requirements listed in the NOSC's tracker spreadsheet. BM1 Hebert's efforts have directly contributed to Surge Main Quincy's 100% mobilization readiness status.




CHIEF HEALEY MANAGED OVER $500,000 OF PGI GEAR FOR 22 MOBILIZING RESERVISTS, ENSURING 100% ACCOUNTABILITY DURING MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. HIS EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP WERE VITAL DURING 18 MOTNHS OF PREMOBILIZATION AND 6 MONTHS OF MOBILIZATION TRAINING EVOLUTIONS TO PREPARE 23 MCAST SAILORS FOR DEPLOYMENT. CHIEF HEALEY LED AND SUPERVISED 4 LAND NAVIGATION EXERCISES, ENSURING 100% SUCCESS AND SAFETY. HIS SUPPORT OF CPO 365 AND THE INDUCTION PROCESS HAS ENSURED THE VALUES OF THE CHIEF PETTY OFFICER WILL CONTINUE TO THRIVE.




Established the NOSC Chicago detachment in the Wisconsin Air National Guard 128th ARW and improved NOSC Chicago's mobilization readiness by providing fully trained, mobilization-ready sailors, intimately familiar with working in a joint service environment.




SHE IMPLEMENTED MORE THAN 20 TECHNOLOGICAL AND COMMUNICATION UPGRADES TO THE NMPS COMPUTER LAB AND DEVELOPED A TRAINING VERIFICATION SYSTEM THAT STREAMLINED THE PROCESSING OF MORE THAN 3,000 SAILORS DEPLOYING IN SUPPORT OF THE GLOBAL WAR ON TERROR.
