Navy Eval & FitRep Schedule
Note: O-5 (Commander) periodic FITREPs are due on April 30 annually through 2026. Effective in 2027, the due date for O-5 periodic reports will officially change to June 30 to better align with promotion selection board schedules. Mid-term Counselings will continue to be due six months prior to the report ending date.
