Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Program
-EXCEPTIONAL MANAGER. As the Primary Non-Destructive Inspection Program Manager, he led the charge for over 400 jobs for nine different work centers and maintained accountability of all non-destructive inspection items across V-2 division with zero discrepancies.
Non-Destructive Inspection Technician embarked on the 31st MEU. Performed over 430 flight critical inspections and amassed over 600 Maintenance Action Hours. Diligently and carefully carried out maintenance response time.
She led 8 personnel in the completion of 30,000 non-destructive testing inspections and the review of 225 controlled and formal work packages, leading to highly successful fiscal year 2016 and 2018 fleet maintenance activity assessments.
As an NDI technician, oversaw more than 12K man-hours and supported 7 operational squadrons and five type model series to include KC—130J, F/A 18 C/D, and F-35B/C. Provided support to MALS-16, MALS-39, MALS-13 and the Blue Angels where he conducted critical inspections that directly impacted readiness. Was TAD during a UDP to Iwakuni, Japan and Key West, Florida, and two detachments to Alaska where he served as an NDI technician. Trained and mentored 6 NDI technicians through a 90-day probationary period, resulting in 6 qualified technicians to sustain readiness for MALS-11. As the sole radiographer for MALS-11, he oversaw and completed over 1K man-hours of radiation by performing x-ray operations for 3 operational squadrons within MAG-11.
