- As OPS Department LPO, managed the administrative and operational correspondence routing and tracking of 88 items for 98 personnel to include 3 Civilian Awards, 2 FITREPS, 10 Military personnel awards, 5 GNOSC watch qualifications, and 1 Command instruction: Message release instruction.
-Provides weekly Professional Development during the Department Operation Admin Sync with divisional and branch LPOs, LCPOs, and Division Officers, ensuring all administrative matters are addressed and leadership is tracking important events and taskings for the week.
-As a ABWC SME, participated in 2 ABWC Watchfloor qualification Boards for IT1 McHale and CTR2 Polaski. His technical knowledge ensured that the two newest members were ready and capable to assume the duties as ABWC in their watch section greatly contributing to flexibility on the watch floor and overall mission of CTF 1010.

Operations Specialist First Class Wayne acted as the Ninth District Commander's direct representative, providing sound recommendations to senior officers and operational oversight to four Sector Command Centers during the execution of 345 response cases, which saved or assisted 456 lives and more than $6.5 million in property.

Controlled over 60 helicoptor evolutions for John C Stennis strike group and the safe participation in Operation New Dawn as well as Operation Enduring Freedom. His management of a 20 hour turn-around from an expeditionary camp at Camp Edwards, MA to deployment at JEB Little Creek, VA ensured that all required notebooks, status boards, computers, and support equipment were in place to man and operate both a TOC and MOC, directly contributing to the Squadron's Command and Control and FEP certifications.
