Plane Captain Evals
-MISSION ORIENTED. Lead Plane Captain in Line Shack, she led six sailors in the safe execution of 74 launches and recoveries, 38 dailies, and 41 turnaround inspections, resulting in 274 sorties and 1918 flight hours in support of PROSPERITY GUARDIAN during XX-X's 20XX deployment.
-EFFECTIVE MENTOR. Her innovative approach and positive mentorship resulted in the qualification of three Plane Captains, six APU Operators, and 13 Ground support equipment operators. Her direct involvement and dedication greatly enhanced the work center's productivity, efficiency, and morale.
Obtained his Plane Captain qualification that is outside of his MOS roadmap and is the only one in the shop. Supported our squadron detachment to Boise as the only lead/qualified marine for airframes. Supported W/C 310 and 120 as a Plane Captain, CDI, and Turn Qual as trail crew to the Philippines. Commended by Major General Brody and Sergeant Major LaTour for towing aircraft during a heavy storm to prevent lightning damage in the Philippines. Obtained his CDI and CDQAR ahead of the scheduled timeframe per the MOS roadmap.
As an MV-22 crew chief LATI, Plane Captain, and Collateral Duty Inspector. Provided 15 codes, performed 154 instructor hours, 600 flight hours, 763 worker sign-offs, totaling 2600.6 maintenance worker hours. Completed 146 CDI MAFs, totaling 1238 CDI hours. Trained 17 plane captains and 4 collateral duty inspectors.
As flightline CDQAR, served as 1 of 3 squadron entrant authorities, a plane captain, workcenter supervisor and desk sergeant. During his time at VMM-164, removed and replaced four fuel cells, three engines, 1 prop rotor gearbox, and 3 hubs. He wrote 14 fuel cell entry permits and signed off 32 mafs, totaling over 580 CDI hours, mentored and trained six plane captains and 3 CDI's.
