Port Operations Evals


PO3 Branch is a top-performing Sailor excelling in high-tempo Port Ops. As Tower Dispatcher/Watch Sup, coordinated 161 ship/barge moves, 300 dive ops, 26 fuel transfers, 51 ATFP drills, 92 barrier/boom ops, 94 sonar/radar ops, ensuring full waterfront readiness. As ATPO, leads daily musters and manages office ops in leadership absence. Expert Admin Clerk; processed/routed 175+ packages (awards, EVALs, BAH/BAS) with precision. Volunteered at ODU, strengthening community relations. Sole NMCRS Coordinator; independently raised $500+ and delivered critical financial support enhancing command readiness.

TEAM PLAYER. Executed multiple mooring and departure of military vessels as line handler for Navy mole pier. Dedicated 20 hours of time towards painting bollards and cleets for renovation. Executed 14 hours towards removal and installation of boom for mooring and departure of naval and coast guard ships.
QUALITY WORKER. Fixed and maintained 19 fire extinguishers, seven oil response boats, multiple life rings, 20 fenders, two generators, and two eyewash stations. Cleaned and maintained Engine Shop and three bays. Calibrated six gauges to bring Port Ops Shop to 100%.
OUTSTANDING WATCHSTANDER. Stood over 800 hours of Port Operations watch, stood over 500 hours of ASF. Assisted in 40 Hrs of Naval Station Key West Airshow, assisted over 500 people with directional care. Attended ASF academy and excelled in all classes for an exemplary grade.
