**SELECTED AS NAS CORPUS CHRISTI SENIOR SAILOR OF THE QUARTER FY23!**

-SUPERIOR LEADER. As Security Department Leading Petty Officer, led six FCPOs, 67 Master-At-Arms, 23 Department of the Navy Police, 10 Auxiliary Security Force and eight Army Military Police performing Anti-Terrorism/ Force Protection, Physical Security measures and Law Enforcement (LE) of federal, state and local statutes. Additionally his leadership resulted in one SSOQ, two SOQ and one BSOQ of the Quarter.
-OUTSTANDING SUPERVISOR. Arms Ammunition & Explosives (AA&E) program LPO, responsible for all Security Department AA&E and accountability of 200 firearms, 166 radios, 39 Oleoresin Capsicum canisters, & 10,000 rounds of ammunition. His managerial acumen resulted in a passing grade for the FY23 Explosive Safety Inspection. As Logistics officer, managed an annual budget of $100k while maintaining 100% accountability of AT/FP and LE equipment valued at $1.3 million.
-DEDICATED PROGRAM MANAGER. As Command Motorcycle Safety Coordinator, scheduled and tracked all training for base and tenant commands to include 11 enrollments resulting in a 100% compliance rate. As ATTT and ITT member, led over 300 hours of training, furthering the knowledge of the Security department.
