Top-Notch Manager. Completely re-vamped entire workcenter training program increasing overall effectiveness of workcenter, which decreased unplanned maintenance hours by 50%.
While serving as CSE maintenance team member and Asssistant 3M manager, Petty Officer Lorinczy was directly responsible for the proper and timely completion of 44 3M checks on 9 mission essential MRAPs. Petty Officer Lorinczy's dynamic problem solving skills and relentless initiative were demonstrated by his devotion of over 100 off-duty hours to complete numerous mission critical repairs to his team's equipment, correcting long-standing problems and maintaining a 100 percent mission readiness status for more than 13 months.




He supervised two junior sailors and a civilian apprentice in Shop 99 conducting general overhaul of Dry Dock temporary service lines and worked tirelessly to complete the assigned tasks supporting the USS George Washington (CVN 73).




He has a 10-year record of sustained positive leadership and effective management in diverse and demanding assignments. His unsurpassed knowledge of the engineering propulsion plant and outstanding technical competence are unmatched.




During his time as the Commissions Liaison Office (CLO) Housing LPO, MM1 supervised logistic and security personnel in a joint environment providing maintenance and logistic support for over 900 personnel during 16 operational commission sessions. His guidance and leadership resulted in his top soldier receiving the "Motivator of the Week" award. MM1 demonstrated a strong sense of experience, responsibility, and ingenuity in the management of mission essential taskings of the extremely dynamic nature of the Commissions.

As the Facilities Maintenance Representative, MM1 Castillo maintained an inventory of 100 containerized housing units, 60 housing tents, and assigned equipment worth over $17.5. He processed over 160 facility maintenance requests requiring coordinated civilian contractor services, military engineering, and quality assurance inspections, ensuring housing conditions met the highest living standards with 100% completion and satisfaction of Commissions transient personnel.




Demonstrating extraordinary leadership, intrusive mentorship and a remarkable ability to plan and coordinate efforts between Ships Force, Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility and Squadron 17, he ensured Trident submarine USS NEVADA (SSBN-733) crews received the highest quality of intermediate level maintenance throughout the successful completion of over 1500 jobs, including 3 refits and 3 voyage repair periods totaling over 100,000 man-hours. In addition he coordinated maintenance efforts between Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility and Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, to complete the USS KENTUCKY (SSBN 737) ahead of schedule for their recent Engineering Refuel Overhaul.

Continuously adapted to changing schedules and shifting priorities to supervise military and civilian personnel to provide the crews of the USS NEVADA (SSBN 733) the highest level of maintenance, allowing it to meet all mission critical commitments.




MM1 Crossley created and maintained long and short range training plans, focusing 32 Sailors' efforts on appropriate tasks, and reducing qualification time by 30%. He personally developed and established an Authorized Users List for HazMat, allowing Expeditionary Maintenance Det I to legally store HAZMAT materials. His efforts assisted in the overall score of "excellent" on the Commander of Naval Reserve Force/N7's audit, making NOSC Louisville the only 2nd Expeditionary Maintenance Unit with both wood shop and sail loft capabilities.




Upon arrival to 3D Assault Amphibian Battalion, Sergeant Coleman ensured the serviceability of the battalion’s machining and welding equipment. Upon inspection of the machine shop's equipment, he identified discrepancies in both the lathe and milling machines. After exhausting all resources to repair these machines, he researched, requisitioned, and organized the installation of two new computer-numerically-controlled (CNC) machines. Sergeant Coleman's efforts saved the battalion over $100,000 and hundreds of man-hours in delays by manufacturing and repairing various unavailable components. In addition, he supervised and conducted periodic internal inspections which directly contributed to the outstanding markings received by the Battalion's Engineer shop during two Commanding General's Logistical Readiness Evaluation (LRE).




(MMC) MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS SUPPLY DEPARTMENT LEADING PETTY OFFICER FROM AUGUST 2013 TO APRIL 2015. HE QUALIFIED AS COMMAND GPC APPROVING OFFICIAL (AO) AND LEADING LOGISTIC SPECIALIST. HE THEN PREPARED HIS DEPARTMENT FOR SMC, RESULTING IN AN OUTSTANDING 95.5% GRADE. AS AO, HE MAINTAINED 100% ACCOUNTABILITY OF 4.4 MILLION IN PURCHASES THROUGH METICULOUS RECORD KEEPING OF OVER 300 INCOMING AND OUTGOING PURCHASE REQUESTS, MAINTAINING REAL-TIME ACCOUNT CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS. HE SUPERVISED THE RECEIPT, CUSTODY AND STOWAGE OF 2,725 COSAL ITEMS INTO THE NEWLY REFURBISHED WAREHOUSE. CREATED WORKSHEETS TO FACILITATE THE QUICK RETRIEVAL OF USEFUL ACCOUNTING DATA AND MATERIAL DEMANDS TO SUPPORT THE TRAINING AND DEPLOYMENT OF EIGHT MDS COMPANIES AND THE HQ ELEMENT THROUGHOUT PACOM, CENTCOM AND NORTHCOM AORS. AS A COMMAND FINANCIAL SPECIALIST HE PROVIDED BUDGET COUNSELING TO 75 PERSONNEL AND INSTRUCTED 800 CURRICULUM HOURS AS ADAMS FACILITATOR AND COUNSELED SIX MEMBERS AS THE ASSISTANT DAPA. HE WAS SELECTED FOR OUT-OF-RATE ASSIGNMENT TO TAKE CHARGE AS THE COMMAND TABLE OF ALLOWANCE (TOA) MANAGER, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DOCUMENTATION, ACCOUNTABLITY, PROCUREMENT AND REPLENISHMENT OF MATERIALS TO COMMAND TOA WORTH OVER $88 MILLION. A STAND-OUT KEY PLAYER DURING THE SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION, HE DEVELOPED A SYSTEM TO BETTER ACCOUNT AND AUDIT FOR TOA SPOT CHECKS, THEREBY INCREASING COMMAND FINANCIAL READINESS.
