Tactical Information Coordinator (TIC) Evals
Tactical Information Coordinator. Maintained a tactical picture with C7F and COMPACFLT, identifying and reporting over 12,000 tracks during the 2020-2021 deployment. He managed 6 Tactical Data Links providing tactical real-time picture in support of SUW, AAW, and BMD missions. He ensured 100% link connectivity for 17 CSTT, 9 ITT, and 11 BMD scenarios to include 260 hours of real-world troubleshooting to guarantee Curtis Wilbur's combat readiness.
Served as leading Tactical Information Coordinator during Missile Defense Agency's Ground Test Integrated-08B (NORTHCOM/INDOPACOM). Her tactical data link knowledge and expertise were instrumental in the design and implementation of a track data link filter at the Link Monitoring and Management Tool at the Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site to eliminate erroneous pending tracks, allowing for critical testing to continue.
As Tactical Information Coordinator, he maintained vital data links between all NATO and coalition warships during two major C6F ASW operations. As identification supervisor, he tracked and identified over 5,000 aircraft in the northern Atlantic ocean, Norwegian and Mediterranean sea, greatly enhancing the mission of build and maintain recognized air picture for Bulkeley and fleet level commanders.
Trained over 60 personnel in how tactical data links and communications are hosted, relayed and received for better troubleshooting turnover rates.
Operated advanced communications systems and data links to provide real-time battlespace intelligence for over 3,000 personnel using TCP/IP protocols.
As the lead TIC he is responsible for the successful completion of over 20 pre-underway checks, and over 500 hours of troubleshooting links. He was instrumental in the successful completion of Automated Management Battlespace and AS-1 comms certification.
Deployed with Carl Vinson strike group to the Seventh Fleet AOR and performed over 1,000 hours of troubleshooting of links as a tactical information coordinator and relayed an accurate and complete tactical picture to both, the Strike Group and Seventh Fleet.
Assigned to USS GRIDLEY (DDG-101), he was deployed to the Fifth Fleet AOR with the Ronald Reagan Strike Group, during which he tracked over 2,000 surface contacts.
As the Combat System Training Team lead TIC, he helped create complex training scenarios on over 20 Fifth Fleet and Seventh Fleet area of responsibilities and scenarios. His efforts resulted in a mission ready, very capable, Blue and Gold Anti-Air Warfare teams.
