As Assistant Administrative Petty Officer, Navy Cargo Handling Battalion Eleven, Pensacola, FL, he devoted 10 weeks to military training and operational support. He devoted 140 hours of administrative support while on IDTT orders in preparation for the MAV inspection. He filed orders, travel claims, and adjusted the Alpha recall roster for over 250 personnel. He ensured all NCHB-11 personnel, E-7 and below, evaluations were accounted for. He submitted 40 ATP forms, and trained 10 personnel on how to fill out the forms. He updated NCHB-11 instructions and the collateral duties listing for all personnel. He wrote 35 designation letters and created an extensive and accurate access list for the MAV inspection. He is known as the go-to person who will voluntarily help out other departments when understaffed.

As the Operations LPO, LS1 Sailor was integral to tracking all personnel during three major exercises and maintained the unit's annual training budget which exceeded $100,000. Petty officer Lawrence oversaw the demobilization of 6 major base contractors and their facilities resulting in a significant reduction in the overall contractor footprint on Al Asad Air Base and the material and resources required to support them.




Petty Officer Casey inventoried 100% of the Navy Munitions Command Detachment Bahrain's 300 minor property assets, valued at more than $250,000, and recovered over $50,000 in lost or mislabeled material and supplies. In addition, he coordinated and implemented an Organizational Clothing line of accounting for the detachment which reduced personnel uniform replacement costs and solved a long-standing funding issue.
