During the SRA, she directed the S3 migration from barge to ship with zero unmatched expenditures exceeding/meeting all TYCOM requirements.
-TECHNICAL EXPERT. Superbly managed and implemented three 3M Force Revisions which encompassed 300 maintenance hours, and the completion of 350 spot checks for six spaces. Dedicated DTPO, contributing to two advancements, one BJOQ, one SSOY, two MAPS, and five SOQ nominations for the Supply Department. Reliable MTT member played a vital role in the training and preparation for FSO-M certification.
-SELFLESS SAILOR. As assistant command DAPA coordinator, she provided invaluable drug and alcohol abuse awareness training to over 100 Sailors. Flawlessly managed 27 personnel in the organized coordination of 140 hours of instruction for 45 new Sailors as the command Indoc facilitator. Elected by her peers as FCPOA President, she organized one beach clean-up, three fundraisers, and one school supply drive.

-EXCELLENT LOGISTICIAN. As a Government Purchase Card holder, was responsible for the request, purchase, inventory, and storage of 160 line items in support of Brigade sustainment valued at $25K. Instrumental in the Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment issuance for 1,200 Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen and an additional 176 medical students during Operation Bushmaster. Executed the inventory and stowage of 715 Meals Ready to Eat valued at $91K. Responsible for the contract of $1,800 for 10 portable latrines and six handwashing stations in support of Operation Gunpowder 2023.
-COMMAND INVOLVEMENT. Attended two hours of practices and supported the successful completion of three static displays for command functions. Provided 20 hours as a casualty patient for Operation Warfighter that led to the enhanced training of second year medical students on high altitude, dive, heat and cold weather injuries. Supported the Army Combat Fitness Test for 36 hours to ensure over 380 medical students met the fitness requirements.
-TEAM PLAYER. Entered in personnel check-in information and provided 10 airport shuttles in support of Brigade Operations for Operation Bushmaster. Served 18 hours voluntarily giving free haircuts to kids in Baltimore City and at the Baltimore County Westside Men's Shelter. -EMERGING LOGISTICS SPECIALIST. As Brigade Sustainment Non-Commissioned Officer, he was responsible for the request, receipt, issue and accountability of expendable supplies and equipment needed for the Brigade streamlining critical data across the Department of Defense using General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). He executed Government Purchase of supplies and equipment for the sustainment of Brigade Operations valued over $25k.
-COMMAND CONTRIBUTOR. Petty Officer Robinson demonstrated true dedication to the Color Guard at Uniform Services University Health Services (USUHS) by attending three color guard retirement ceremonies, 2 static displays and 1 dining out ceremony. He participated as a patient actor during Operation Warfighter enhancing the basic knowledge for 80 students on how to properly treat heat casualties.
-COMMUNITY INVOLVED. He volunteered for six hours providing free haircuts for the less fortunate at the Baltimore County West side men’s shelter on behalf of the Stack Your Paper (SYP) foundation that provides scholarship to students.

RS2 Xiong is a highly motivated and diligent Sailor who has firmly established himself as an invaluable member of this command.

TECHNICAL EXPERT: As the facility manager, he oversaw the completion of 30 maintenance resource requests, ensuring all required maintenance was completed within regional standards. He completed 30 messing and berthing transactions and 150 government purchase card transactions, resulting in the allocation of $90,000 in funds with no discrepancies. Procured and disseminated over $67,000 worth of uniforms items and components to 95 Sailors, ensuring they had full sea bags and were MOBILIZATION READY! As the Key Control Officer, he issued and inventoried 150 facility keys to 25 staff and tenant command personnel, ensuring 100% accountability.
COMMAND CONTRIBUTOR: As an Armed Watch Stander, he stood 80 hours of armed watches and completed four hours of Random Antiterrorism Measures, providing hardened physical security to the command and added to a well-rounded AWS watchbill. As a Clearing Barrel Supervisor, he oversaw the completion of 30 uploading and downloading procedures without any mishaps.

Sailors excel under his direct leadership and produce results 1 BJOQ, 2 advancements, 1 ESWS, 1 EAWS, 2 NAMS, 3 US MAPS enrollments.

-DECKPLATE LEADER. DCTT, trained 24 Sailors resulting in qualifications for 4 Investigators, 2 Locker Leaders, 5 Attack team members and 12 boundary men. Assistant UPC, conducted 14 command tests, ensuring 100% compliance with the Navy's zero tolerance. Diversity Coordinator, led 12 Sailors in planning and execution of 5 events promoting cultural awareness.




As Unaccompanied Housing building manager, RS1 efficiently led three Sailors in the processing of 179 resident trouble calls and 100% furniture inventory validity. He conducted over 1,300 room inspections ensuring 100% resident compliance with living conditions. His efforts greatly contributed to Unaccompanied Housing's recognition as CEL & Associates, Inc FY 2019 real estate "A" list award.




Retail Service Specialist course supervisor and instructor for Navy Service Support Advanced Training Command, Dam Neck, Virginia. As course supervisor and instructor, he directly supervised and instructed six classes and graduated 49 students with a grade point average of 94 percent or better with zero attrition.




RS2 Chastain served as CORIVRON ONE B Supply ALPO during pre-mobilization to Djibouti Africa, Jebel Ali, UAE, Manama, Bahrain and RIMPAC 2016. He led a team of four Sailors, completed 12 monthly supply reports with 100% accuracy. Completed 475 supply transactions, equipped 50% of the command with Personal Gear Issue (PGI), resulting in a 50% increase in unit readiness. RS2 ordered, received, issued, and tracked PGI gear for 48 Sailors in CRS-1 Bravo Company worth $422,400. RS2 maintained accountability for all Wave 8/8A PGI valued over $100,000.




-Expert Manager. As S-3 Records Keeper, he ordered, managed, and accounted for $93K in retail merchandise. He executed 25 OSO transfers valued at $31K while transferring $30K to (ship's) MWR fund. His keen attention to detail resulted in an unprecedented 99.05% accountability accuracy during Supply Management Certification, which directly contributed to Sales Division's grade of "OUTSTANDING" and an overall score of 95.73%. He was a primary catalyst why (ship's) Supply Department was the first ship in the Navy to certify at the 1.1 event!




When first arrived onboard, he relieved his fellow petty officer of half of the workload to effectively reestablish S-3 as a division and now serves as vending operator, laundry supervisor and barber. As vending operator, he maintained sanitation of one candy and two can drink vending machines making a profit over $10K in sales. As laundry supervisor and one of the operators, he successfully processed over 400 press deck work and over 2500 lbs in bulk deck work. He also assisted crew members from the USS Michigan in processing over 1000 lbs. in bulk deck work. During COMPTUEX, he operated the ship's barbershop as the barber, maintaining sanitation and putting fellow shipmates back in military regulation by providing haircuts throughout the command. He has gained knowledge while attending firefighting school.




RS2 Brown is still growing in the command through qualifications and expertise in his daily duties as ALPO of S-3 division, and is looking to continue that stride for future deployments. He is able to obtain knowledge from fellow mentors and peers alike.




EXPERT RETAIL MANAGER. ACTIVE MARKETING OF MERCHANDISE ACHIEVED OVER $500,000 IN SALES AND A 4.58 STOCK TURN, BOTH RECORD ACHIEVEMENTS. TURNED OVER $70,000 TO ANZIO'S MWR.




Led his team in four successful NEXCOM Ship Store Officer Courses, training a total of 55 Sales Officers and conducting seven 1.2 Inspections ensuring operational readiness. Diligently trained 12 personnel on Ships Serviceman fundamentals and General Military topics resulting in a 30 percent advancement rate. Provided over 80 hours of ROM II training for 37 Record Keepers, 200 hours of technical support for 63 afloat forces, and imaged over 200 ship's computers to comply with Navy IT21 Security Awareness Requirements.




RS1 established operational control after identifying deficiencies and shortcomings in the contractor CAC application and verification process. She trained her 3 COTRs on the proper application procedures resulting in a 75% decrease in application delays and a corresponding increase in security and accountability of DoD property.




Safely handled 1,500,000 gallons of fuel and conducted 678 quality assurance fuel tests in support of military aircraft and fuel farm operations with zero mishaps. A proven team player who contributed significantly to the overall success of the fuel farm's mission. Single-handedly facilitated 17 GMTs for 11 Sailors, resulting in 100% completion of yearly military training.
