Training Petty Officer Evals


-COMMAND IMPACT. As Training Petty Officer, developed the practical and facilitated the class room exercise for Active Shooter FY23 and FY24 GMT requirement. Additionally led Active Shooter and Records managements training for 80 Sailors. Training expertise led to zero Sailors missing annual Training and enhanced mission readiness for Ulchi Freedom Shield on the Korean Peninsula.

-LEADERSHIP. Leadership opportunities, OIC for 8 funeral honor details with a team consisting of two to six Sailors. Instructing Sailors how to adapt and overcome obstacles that could arise on site. teaching 10 cadets armed drill and exhibition

-DEDICATED TEAMMATE. Supported NRC by rendering 113 funeral honor details to veterans, retirees, and active duty service members. Served as CNFK urinalysis observer ensuring 58 sailors were in compliance for the Navy's zero tolerance drug free environment policy.




- TECHNICAL EXPERT. As Training Petty Officer, she facilitated X trainings for X Sailors ensuring in-rate and out of rate knowledge, resulting in X advancements.




Multi-faceted Professional. Produced xx Guard Mount training calendars with most up to date navy instructions, PPR fs, SOP's and forms. Resulting in training for xx NSF, DON and ASF members in over xx relevant topics.




-COMMAND IMPACT. As departmental training petty officer, she spearheaded the training of 13 multi-rated personnel while tracking the department's annual general military training requirements.




Petty Officer XX constantly demonstrates exceptional initiative and the desire to exceed the command's training requirements at all levels.
- Excellent work ethic. Meticulously provided in-rate training for 339 personnel while effectively tracking progress and course completions via the command's Personnel Management Tracker system. In addition, she updated 68 Fleet Training Management and Planning System reports while tracking the Department's annual General Military Training requirements. Her efforts directly resulted in accurately tracking, identifying, and managing 100% of N3 personnel.
- Enthusiastic and dedicated leader. A stellar member of the Command Readiness Training Team (CRTT), she was personally responsible for training and executing CRTT drills for 5 watch sections thus enabling NCTAMS LANT to continuously maintain a high level of operational readiness within the Department and the command.
- Energetic and diligent. Assisted in XX fund raising events and devoted XX hours as a key member of the NCTAMS LANT Diversity Committee raising over $500.

Led XX Work Center Training Representatives in managing XXX ASM training records with meticulous detail, ensuring all training requirements were met and documented in a timely manner.




Cruise Missile trainer at Afloat Training Group San Diego. Petty Officer Leyte demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise while conducting over 1500 hours of training during 28 cruise missile events. To develop and establish a baseline consensus among cruise missile entities, he organized 5 cruise missile workshops with a total of 182 participants from across the Southwest region and Hawaii.




DISTINGUISHED LEADER. In the short time onboard, has excelled through the ranks becoming N7 LPO after two months; led five Sailors in the management and completion of 35 General Military Training Courses, 450 FLTMPS training completion entries, and 233 school requests in eNTARS for 77 staff members and 2,651 SELRES. Coordinated 71 Command wide trainings, ensuring SELRES are mobilization ready at all times, finishing FY18 with an overall 94% complete rate.




CHIEF BARROGA COORDINATED THE INSTALLATION OF AND PROVIDED TRAINING FOR RANGE FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (RFMSS) FOR ALL COMMANDS IN THE MIDLANT AND MIDWEST REGIONS, GREATLY INCREASING UTILIZATION AND SCHEDULING PROFICIENCY OF ALL SMALL ARMS RANGES. HE COORDINATED THE DELIVERY OF 11 MANDATORY GMT SESSIONS AND THREE NP&P SESSIONS FOR COMMAND PERSONNEL, INCLUDING ENSURING THE COMMAND’S 100% COMPLIANCE WITH NEW DON'T ASK DON'T TELL REPEAL TRAINING POLICIES. HE PROVIDED OUTSTANDING SUPPORT IN A FULL TIME TACTICAL RESPONSE CENTER MAINTAINING SITUATIONAL AWARENESS, FORCE PROTECTION POSTURES, AND DESTRUCTIVE WEATHER READINESS.




Training Petty Officer for Cargo Transportation Company of Navy Cargo Handling Battalion Eleven. Petty Officer Nova demonstrated exceptional work ethic and organizational ability by meticulously overhauling thirty five personnel training records ensuring data, format, and qualifications were accurate and appropriate during preparations for NCHB Eleven's unit level inspection. Petty Officer Nova developed and implemented quality checks and insightful programs which revived CTC's Training Department and improved the battalion's mission readiness.




As the unit Training Petty Officer, she has shown extreme dedication to duty in supporting NR NSF NBK's mission. She has organized and maintained unit training records, security clearances, weapons qualifications and certifications. Due to her dedication to the unit's mission NR NSF NBK currently has 32 mission ready Sailors.




As Training Petty Officer, managed 46 staff training records. She created a training database which increased accountability by 50% and training compliance by 20%.




Training Petty Officer for MSRON 10 Naval Air Station Jacksonville Florida. Petty Officer Alvarado unselfishly devoted over 240 hours updating over 100 training records and thousands of line items into ASM.




AS THE TRAINING PETTY OFFICER, PS3 MICHAELS ASSISTED IN THE TRAINING OF OVER 300 SELRES WITH ANNUAL GENERAL MILITARY TRAINING PRODUCING A 74 PERCENT COMPLETION RATE.




As TRAINING PETTY OFFICER, he maintained 43 Training Records RESULTING IN ZERO DISCREPANCIES AND 100% TRAINING COMPLIANCE with the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Inspector General (MEDIG) and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) inspections.




HER EFFORTS AS THE AWO SHOP TRAINING PETTY OFFICER DIRECTLY LED TO AN ASTONISHING 25 PERSONNEL EARNING THEIR EAWS AND 13 PERSONNEL BECOMING POSITION QUALIFIED ON THE P-3C ORION AND PREPARED FOR THE P-8 TRANSITION.

As N74 department Training Petty Officer, he was directly responsible for 79 military and civilian personnel training qualifications and recorded over 1,200 training hours maintaining the department at 100% completion rate for annual general military training.




PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES AS TRAINING PETTY OFFICER FOR NAVY CARGO HANDLING BATTALION FOURTEEN, FUELS COMPANY DURING THE ANNUAL TRAINING AT FORT LEE, VIRGINIA FROM APRIL XXXX TO APRIL TO APRIL XXXX. PETTY OFFICER SMITH'S EXPERTISE AND INSTRUCTION INCREASED THE UNIT'S READINESS AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN PROVIDING THE NECESSARY TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY FOR THE UNIT TO PASS THE WRITTEN EXAM AND THE OVERALL UNIT LEVEL TRAINING ASSESSMENT IN ORDER TO BECOME CERTIFIED FOR MOBILIZATION READINESS WITH AN OVERALL SCORE OF 95%. PETTY OFFICER SMITH'S MANAGERIAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE, AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECT CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




Repair Department Training Petty Officer. His dedication and devotion to duty have been recognized by both USS FRANK CABLE and his peers. His efforts have strengthened the training facility team and contributed to the accomplishment of the command mission. As Training Petty Officer, he expertly arranged over 800 hours of training for 71 Sailors which resulted in zero hits in the past two Fleet Maintenance Activity assesments onboard.




AS TRAINING PETTY OFFICER, SHE DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE BY INCORPORATING A NEW TRAINING PROGRAM AND PREPARING AND SCHEDULING MORE THAN 180 HOURS OF TRAINING THAT RESULTED IN AN OUTSTANDING IG INSPECTION WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES.
