Led Supply Division onboard the USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) during AT, leading Active Duty crew members, TAD, and Reserve Sailors who provided over 6,000 hours of mission support. Coordinated 10 hours of Postal training in AMPS Application, Postal Officer, COPE and MPC, designation letters, Mail Cards (DD 285),and Security Container Checklists (SF 702). Trained crew members on HAZMAT Training, Clerk's roles, offload, waste collection, procurement, and issuing and receiving.
LS3 processed and expedited over 1.1M Kgs of mail during the COVID-19 pandemic in support of NAVSUP FLC, American Embassy Japan, NSE Korea, NSE Guam, and deployed units in the C7F AOR. As Custodian of Postal Effects, he managed, requisitioned, and procured over 150 USPS Capital equipment items valued at over $250k.

- Orchestrated mail movement for over 100 NASA members in support of the Endeavor shuttle mission to repair the $1.7 B International Space Station, assuring the successful movement of mail and cargo vital for the accomplishment of the mission.
- Supervised the Custodian of Postal Effects and Finance operation in over $400,000 in postage and money order sales with zero accountability discrepancies.
- Meticulously verified air carrier payment documents totaling over $10.6 million in mail transportation fees to ensure that mail carriers honored mail movement contracts. His efforts resulted in 100% accountability and accuracy of government payments.
- Key player on the turnover of the operations at the AMT Madrid, from the Air Force to the Navy. Provided vital support and research for the transfer of the operations from the Air Force to the Navy with alternative cost effective options that will save the Navy over $135K a year.
- Awarded a letter of commendation from USAFE for superior performance while assigned as a detachment Chief by the Air Force while his NCOIC was deployed, leaving him in charge of 7 Air force and 3 Navy personnel. LS1 adapted to the administrative and logistic procedures in place by the Air Force, allowing him to perform above standards in diverse roles previously filled by Air Force personnel.
Leading Petty Officer of USNH Post Office. An exceptional leader who stepped up as the Command Custodian of Postal Effects and guided 32 Sailors from 12 different ratings into a cohesive and productive postal team. His strict oversight of the postal process ensured flawless operations without degradation of services while working with transient fleet Sailors.
TECHNICAL EXPERT- Provided hands-on training to all staff members on appropriate tracking, safeguarding, and distribution of over 30,000 pounds of mail for 750 staff and seven tenant commands with "zero" lost or damaged items despite 50% post office manning shortfalls and a 30% increased mail volume during the holiday period.
MASTER LOGISTICS SPECIALIST- Identified deficiencies within the division and implemented corrective actions that included remedial training of staff, revision of two SOPs, updating logs and ensured postal security compliance with Department of Defense regulations.
COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR- volunteered 60 hours mentoring 15 children in good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect as a MWR youth football coach.
Custodian of Postal Effects and HAZMAT Center supervisor onboard USS Bulkeley (DDG 84). Played a vital role in the receipt, processing and dispatch of 375k pounds of mail and 120 pieces of registered mail, ensuring expeditious processing of mission critical correspondence and strengthening the morale of a crew of over 300 sailors. As HAZMAT supervisor, he led 5 junior sailors, providing outstanding hazardous materials support by expertly handling and processing 870 line items valued at over $45k. His keen attention to detail greatly enhanced operational readiness of the USS Bulkeley.
As Leading Petty Officer, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills by ensuring over 3,000 lbs of directory and official mail were processed for the USS DEWERT, USS SAMUEL B. ROBERTS, and USS VICKSBURG. As Custodian of Postal Effects, he was vital in the flawless execution of processing 2 decommissioning vessels in support of CNSL logistics support office.
As Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella Site Deveselu, Romania Custodian of Postal Effects and registered mail clerk, he oversaw the processing of incoming mail in excess 200k pounds. As Government Purchase Card holder, he made over 120 transactions valued at over $75k.
