DECKPLATE LEADER- Educated 38 FCPOS and 20 CPOS in MCPON'S CPO 365 Vision. Fully engaged as an ESL and DCTT member, he provided training to 130 firefighters and ensured the qualification of 7 JOODs, 10 POOWs and 18 MOOWs, resulting in a high level of duty section readiness.

Postal Supervisor of the Official Mail Room at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Trained over 300 mail orderlies and processed a staggering 60K pounds of USPS, FEDEX, and UPS accountable packages and letter mail. LS2 Johnson's commitment to excellence paved the way for the success in the 2013 Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville Mailroom Inspection resulting in an overall 100% in keeping with the hospital's overall readiness.




She led 3 Navy Logistics Specialists and 6 Air Force Postal Clerks in providing logistics support to over 4000 military and joint military personnel over the past 48 months. She moved over 5 million pounds of mail in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, New Dawn, Odyssey Dawn, Guard Unified protector, and NASA ISS.

- During the presidential election, she developed a local voting materials accounting program that ensured over 2000 absentee ballots and voting materials were accounted for and processed with zero discrepancies. She also ensured all voting information was properly reported in the Automated Military Postal System (AMPS) so it could be tracked by the Military Postal Service Agency and the United States Postal Service.




- Supervised the Custodian of Postal Effects and Finance operation in over $100,000 in postage and money order sales with zero accountability discrepancies.




- PC1 Sailor meticulously verified air carrier payment documents totaling over $10 million in mail transportation fees to ensure that mail carriers honored mail movement contracts. Her efforts resulted in 100% accountability and accuracy of government payments.




As Postal Clerk and Command Custodian of Postal Effects, PC2 Williams attained postal certification in all positions 3 months ahead of schedule and processed over 5,000 pounds of mail in his first year.




Was a key member of the team that relocated the Department of Defense's largest Navy post office in less than 48 hours with minimum disruption of mail while maintaining 100% accountability.
