- EXPERT MAINTENANCE MASTER CHIEF. Driving force behind AIMD's success during 2011 Aviation Maintenance Inspection, resulting in "32 of 35" programs being graded as "On Track" and 58 of 59 practical drills graded satisfactory with no major discrepancies.
- FLAWLESS MANAGER. Guided his department in completion of 9,134 maintenance and calibration actions while clearing material procurement obstacles and manning shortfalls.
