Contributed to the successful completion of more than 300 sedation procedures, directly supporting provider productivity and uninterrupted specialty care. Administration of sedation medications, continuous patient monitoring, maintenance of treatment rooms to ensure safe patient outcomes, and supporting front desk operations during staffing shortages to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Lead ACFL for department (8 months): Ensured physical readiness for 30 personnel; assisted with 1 BCA cycle and 3 PRT events, ensuring compliance with Navy fitness standards and contributing to departmental readiness.

Equipment PO (8 months): Maintained accountability of 100+ medical assets; coordinated repair actions for critical equipment and developed procurement packages totaling $200,000.

Qualified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Moderate Sedation, and Radiology. Demonstrated exceptional clinical knowledge while supporting 312 sedation procedures. Identified a medication allergy conflict prior to administration, preventing patient harm and earning a Good Catch Award.
