IN ADDITION, HE SUPERVISED THREE SAILORS IN THE INFORMATION ASSURANCE PROGRAM, ENSURING HIS TEAM MAINTAINED A HIGH LEVEL OF READINESS AND EFFECTIVENESS IN SECURING NAVY SYSTEMS AND SENSITIVE DATA. FURTHER, PETTY OFFICER ESCHENBURG SAFEGUARDED CLASSIFIED AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION BY CLOSELY MANAGING THE PROCESSING OF SECURITY ACCESS AUTHORIZATION REQUEST (SAAR) FORMS AND THE ALLOCATION AND SECURITY OF SIPR AND NIPR TOKENS, DIRECTLY SUPPORTING THE NAVY'S OPERATIONAL SECURITY AND MISSION READINESS. MOREOVER, HE MANAGED AND MONITORED USER ACCESS CONTROLS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) DIRECTIVES AND NAVY CYBERSECURITY REQUIREMENTS, PREVENTING POTENTIAL SECURITY BREACHES AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROTECTION OF SENSITIVE PERSONNEL AND OPERATIONAL DATA. FINALLY, PETTY OFFICER ESCHENBURG OVERSAW THE SUCCESSFUL INTEGRATION OF SYSTEM UPDATES AND THE RESOLUTION OF CRITICAL ISSUES, ENHANCING THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF NAVY RECRUITING EFFORTS ACROSS THE FLEET. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER THOMPSON LED FIVE PERSONNEL IN OVERSEEING AND ASSISTING FOUR SHIPS THROUGH THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THEIR CYBER AND COMMUNICATIONS CERTIFICATIONS. HE ESTABLISHED MINEDIV22 N6 DEPARTMENT AND DEVELOPED NIPR AND SIPR PORTALS TO SUPPORT N6'S BATTLE RHYTHM TO EFFECTIVELY EXECUTE THE MISSION. ADDITIONALLY, HE WAS INDISPENSABLE IN LEADING TWO DIVISIONS AND FOUR SHIPS THROUGH 22 MAJOR TRAINING EVOLUTIONS, CERTIFYING SEVEN CREWS AS FULLY MISSION DEPLOYABLE. PETTY OFFICER THOMPSON'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSERVERANCE, AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HER DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY OFFICER (ISSO) AND ELECTRONIC WARFARE LEADING PETTY OFFICER, ELECTRONIC WARFARE LIBRARY AT VAQRON ONE TWO NINE FROM AUGUST 2012 TO APRIL 2014. DEMONSTRATING UNWAVERING DEVOTION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER HOLLIS ASSUMED THE LEAD IN SECURING COMMAND ACCREDITATION WHICH WAS CRITICAL FOR SUSTAINING OPERATIONS. HER TECHNICAL SKILLS AND HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HER GAINING WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND PROFICIENCY AS THE INFORMATION ASSURANCE MANAGER, AFTER WHICH SHE INITIATED THE FIRST COLLABORATION BETWEEN NAVY AIR FORCES, PACIFIC AND VAQRON ONE TWO NINE TO SUCCESSFULLY SUBIT A VALID IA C&A FOR SYSTEMS ACCREDITATION. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER MILEY OVERSAW THE SUCCESSFUL COMPILATION AND SUBMISSION OF THE COMMAND'S DOD INFORMATION ASSURANCE CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION PROCESS (DIACAP). THIS RIGOROUS AND EXHAUSTIVE TESTING PROCESS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DOD AND DON INFORMATION SYSTEMS PRIOR TO DEPLOYMENT ON OPERATIONAL NETWORKS AND IS MISSION CRITICAL TO SECURE AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTINUED SYSTEMS USAGE. HE INITIATED THE FIRST COLLABORATION BETWEEN NAVY AIR FORCES, PACIFIC, AND VAQRON ONE TWO NINE TO SUCCESSFULLY BUILD AND SUBMIT THE COMMAND'S DOD DIACAP. HE THOROUGHLY DOCUMENTED THE REQUIREMENT FOR ACCESS AND PRESENTED EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUED OUTSOURCING OF MAINTENANCE FOR THIS ACCREDITATION BY CONTRACT AUTHORITY AND ENSURED THAT VAQRON ONE TWO NINE IS ABLE TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION TO TRAIN EA-18G AND EA-6B PILOTS WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER TRONDLE DEMONSTRATED PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SOUND JUDGEMENT AS THE CLINIC'S SOLE INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY OFFICER. PETTY OFFICER TRONDLE MAINTAINED AND SERVICED OVER 110 COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS, DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTING TO MISSION ACCOMPLISHMENT AND STAFF MORALE. IN ADDITION, PETTY OFFICER TRONDLE CREATED AND MAINTAINED AN ACCURATE ROSTER OF THE CLINIC'S COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS AND INSTITUTED A QUICK RESPONSE SYSTEM THAT HE USED TO PRIORITIZE AND ADDRESS REPAIRS WHEN COMPUTERS WENT DOWN. THIS PROGRAM DECREASED THE AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED TO RESTORE COMPUTER TERMINALS THROUGHOUT THE CLINIC BY FIFTY PERCENT. PETTY OFFICER TRONDLE'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONAL INITIATIVE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

HE CONTINUALLY RAISES THE BAR, DEMANDING A CONSTANT LEVEL OF PERFECTION WITHIN THE WORKSPACE THAT IS NATURALLY CONTAGIOUS AND INSPIRES PEERS AND JUNIOR SAILORS ALIKE. HE HAS CONSISTENTLY DISPLAYED AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF HIS JOB IN ANY ASSIGNMENT PROVIDED. HIS TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND DILIGENCE LED THE CRISIS ACTION TEAM OF EXECUTIVE LEVEL EMERGENCY REQUESTS FROM THE CAPE CORAL ADMIRAL IN RESPONSE TO VIOLATIONS OF SECURITY COMPLIANCE.
