Deployed Mobile Beach Detachment Evals
- SUPERIOR LEADER. As Departmental LCPO he led 1 CPO and 33 Sailors in the flawless execution of multiple Forward Deployed Naval Forces patrols within the Seven Fleet AOR - to include AIT/CERTEX, SSANG YONG, TRANSPORTEX, KEEN SWORD, GARUDA SHIELD, and TALISMAN SABRE. His dedication and tireless motivation towards material readiness and unit success are relentless towards the overall mission success of Naval Beach Unit Seven.
- PROVEN PERFORMER. As a key part of the CLZ team, he provided diligent supervision in streamlining 124 beach landings ensuring safe ship-to-shore movement of 369 vehicles and 2,375 personnel, and 12.3 million pounds of cargo. His efforts directly contributed to mission success executed by the 31st MEU/CTF-76 within the Seven Fleet AOR.
- COMMAND/NAVY IMPACT. A role model who frequently provides mentorship to multiple Sailors within the command while exhibiting the highest standards of support, moral integrity and responsibility while demonstrating his extraordinary character towards both his peers and junior Sailors. As a result, it led to 5 PACT Sailors rating, 4 reenlistments, 5 advancements, 3 MAPs, 1 SOQ, 4 BJOQ, and 123 new qualifications increasing Sailorization and watchbill flexibility within the command.
-MASTER PLANNER. As Beach Party Team Commander, he led 48 Sailors through 36 beach landings resulting in the movement of 380 combat loaded troops, 136 vehicles and 1.8 million pounds of cargo, 17 beach surveys across three FDNF patrols facilitating Pacific Fleet Amphibious Operations with 100% completion. His expertise as Departmental 3MA contributed greatly an overall 89% during Mid-cycle 3M Assessment.
-SUPERB AMBASSADOR. Chief Noel volunteered 8 hours at the CFAS 25 Open Base Day, welcoming over 5,000 American and Japanese personnel and families within the local communities and surrounding areas strengthening ties between two nations
- BEACON OF PROFESSIONALISM. Hand-selected as Deployed Mobile Beach Detachment Leading Petty Officer for CVW-# during deployment. Coordinated the transportation, lodging and hand-off of # medical evacuations, # distinguished visitors, # PCS, # separations, and # receipts without any discrepancies.
