Hospital Apprentice (HA) Evals
MEDICAL COMPETENCE. Served as a Pediatric Hospital Corpsman providing care for approximately 12 patients daily through patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical support. Served as MICC representative, supporting mother and infant care operations while maintaining 100% accountability of assigned medical equipment and supplies. Supported safe and efficient clinic operations with 0 patient safety incidents and received multiple positive acknowledgments from leadership, staff, and patients for professionalism and quality care.
COMMUNITY SERVICE. Volunteered at one military retirement ceremony and assisted with one two-day work conference in support of command operations and community involvement.
SELF-IMPROVEMENT. Pursued Bachelor's degree in Health Science while maintaining 100% completion of required Navy training and professional development requirements. My performance reflected dedication to patient care, mission readiness, and continued self-improvement.

DEDICATED TO LEARNING AND MISSION READINESS
-MISSION EXECUTOR. Actively engaged in orientation, learning to provide outstanding care and skills as a Hospital Corpsman. HA takes initiative in demonstrating Corpsman skills by assisting nurses and other Corpsmen. Performed over 50 sets of vitals, 15 EKGs, 30 lab draws, and 15 IV insertions, ensuring timely diagnosis and management. She ensured accuracy and continuity of care by maintaining 100% compliance in documentation using MHS Genesis.
-HIGHLY VERSATILE. While being on orientation for the Critical Care Unit, HA supported unit readiness by completing pre-operation and post-operation assessments for patients requiring surgical and critical care transitions. HA also provided medical coverage for command events, drills, and emergency readiness with no mishaps. She additionally supports admissions, discharges, and transfers contributing to patient flow.
-DYNAMO ACHIEVER. HA maintained 100% medical readiness, completing all immunizations, dental, PHA, and BLS/TCCC requirements. She demonstrated exceptional commitment to professional development and mission readiness by completing trainings on JKO, Relias, and ESAMS.
