-MISSION EXECUTOR. Actively engaged in orientation, learning to provide outstanding care and skills as a Hospital Corpsman. HA takes initiative in demonstrating Corpsman skills by assisting nurses and other Corpsmen. Performed over 50 sets of vitals, 15 EKGs, 30 lab draws, and 15 IV insertions, ensuring timely diagnosis and management. She ensured accuracy and continuity of care by maintaining 100% compliance in documentation using MHS Genesis.

While being on orientation for the Critical Care Unit, HA supported unit readiness by completing pre-operation and post-operation assessments for patients requiring surgical and critical care transitions. HA also provided medical coverage for command events, drills, and emergency readiness with no mishaps. She additionally supports admissions, discharges, and transfers contributing to patient flow.
