-MISSION IMPACT. Assisted four Nurses in the completion of 33K inoculations and collection of 8.5K lab
specimens. Department Administrative Clerk, effectively created five recruit company rosters and ordered
10.5K vaccines for 1,162 recruits. Printed 6,000 labels and 500 wristbands for 500 recruits that was
instrumental in the daily workflow of the department and ensured all administrative task were completed
prior to recruits arrival.
-COMMAND IMPACT. Department Medication Lead, maintained 9.6 million dollars of immunization and ensured
that twice daily refrigeration checks were completed. Effectively led 22 personnel in the preparation of
10 different vaccines totaling 70.7K vaccines prepared. Efforts ensured that recruits were vaccinated
against common type of diseases. Trained 17 personnel on proper vaccine handling and storage for 12
vaccines in the department. During the 2023-2024 DoD influenza vaccine campaign oversaw the pickup and
administration of 7.1K vaccines, meeting the 100 percent vaccination requirement for all recruits onboard.

As Tripler Army Medical Center Marine Liaison, Joint Patient Liaison office, she oversaw and managed 67 Urgent, Priority, and Routine MEDEVAC missions, supporting 124 patients, which increased access and continuity of care throughout the Western Pacific Region. She served as the subject matter expert on the Marine Corps Casualty Process and ensured all Personnel Casualty Reports for Seriously Ill and Very Seriously Ill patients were completed accurately and on time. As the Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL) Coordinator, she assisted Marines in the TDRL Program and set up 30 Periodic Physical Exams (PPEs) for patients to ensure they continued to receive their separation and retirement benefits.
Medical Administration Technician, providing direct administrative and health care support to 13 Medical Officers and 22 Aviation Medicine Technicians. Petty Officer Goodman's technical accumen resulted in the smooth operations of a high-volume, fast-paced Health Care Clinic providing care for 4,500 patients from 23 tenant commands. Integrated into every aspect of the Hornet Health Clinic, he performed over 1,000 medical procedures.
Processed 92 patient medications and successfully managed the daily appointment schedules for 4 medical providers. Trained 2 Medical Assistants and 3 newly reporting Corpsmen on Medical Interdisciplinary Team Notes (IDTs), HM Screenings, and the daily duties and responsibilities of Front Desk Administrator. Efforts resulted in an increase of service to patients.
Collected 334 lab specimens to include the Armed Services first toxicology screens for synthetic cannabinoid metabolites, updated and prepared 345 medical records, performed 60 initial corpsman intakes and completed 110 individual disciplinary team updates. Instrumental in NMCSD's Medical Inspector General (MEDIG) and Joint Commission full accreditation.
