Write With Impact

To be effective, every statement in the evaluation should have an impact or positive result listed. If the beneficial result of every action listed isn't explained, the eval's reader won't understand how significant your actions were. But sometimes, it's hard to come up with a positive result for something we do day in and day out. Keeping that redundant generator ready for action doesn't inspire a lot of glory. But actually it is important. The Navy couldn't function without the work that every single one of us performs every day. Below are examples of impact statements that might fit your work.
